Elisabeth Hughes apparently helped the Iranian football team get to the FIFA World Cup in Mexico. Do you know if the footballers were given student visas or the visas they used for the World Cup in 1986?

It turns out that Elizabeth Hughes was allegedly behind the visas for the Iranian football players via Mr Freddy Dutreux, a Frenchman from Limoges.  At the beginning of June 2026, Mr Dutreux went to Mexico to collect  the visas to the FIFA World Cup from Attorney Inès Wouters for the Iranian football team.  She is said to have offered her help via FIFA.  At FIFA,  they would know her as madame Juliette Pescara from Milan, Italy.

From time to time, Mr Dutreux stays with Elisabeth in one of her properties in Tournai.  She would have convinced him to go to Tehran, to meet with the head of the Iranian Football Association. Himself, Elisabeth Hughes and Attorney Inès Wouters agreed on the offer to sell a visa against a price of 1,500.00 USD per visa.  A total of around 30 visas were sold to the USA, Mexico and Canada.

A total of around 30 visas were sold to the USA, Mexico and Canada.  The amount was transferred to a secret account of Attorney Inès Wouters under the name Liz Hubberd from Los Angeles (USA), at BNY Mellon in New York, which she opened on 7 January 1992.  at 10:13 am.  The total amount consisting of such payments related to fake visas sold to immigrants in America is 154,260,852,00 USD.  The drug trade may well be involved, but I have no examples to share or to show how that plays out on the ground compared to fake visas.
