For His Excellency Olaf Scholz, the Chancellor of Germany

First of all, my condolences to Mr Uwe Herbert Hahn for the killing of his Belgian husband in Rio  de Janeiro. My thoughts are with the loved ones.

As I could not believe or accept that a spouse could assassinate his partner after 23 years of marriage, I began to associate other clue to the death of this Belgian man.

First of all, it happened in Brazil where I have signaled the presence of a highly dangerous international terrorist since March 2022.  He calls himself Stephan Van Collem, but he was born Peter Rombouts.  He fled to Brazil with his Brazilian girlfriend Dany, 

• when the names were revealed of his biotech companies in Antwerp, Knokke, London and Hong Kong  and when these were associated to covid19 pandemic;  

• When the suspected death of a Dutch businessman Michael Arends was being investigate in the context of these biotech labs and in the context of CAW (Centrum voor Algemeen Welzijn) which violates human rights in the social aid sector with the objective to make gains by depriving their clients of social assistance, among whom Michael Arends; who was homeless;

• When the suspected death of Michael Arends was connected to his shares in an innovative company that manufactures fireproof wood, and that this wood is needed to position the construction company of Stephan Van Collem named Rombouts Bouwbedrijf. This construction company reportedly works mostly as a subcontractor and may employ refugees and migratory seasonal workers;

• When it was revealed that Mr Stephan Van Collem is a social aid beneficiary under several fake identities in several Belgian municipalities; 

• When the role of Mr Stephan Van Collem in the 9/11 attacks in 2001 was exposed; 
• As well as his role in the war in Ukraine.

There are too many reasons for him to flee Europe altogether, and for some reason he is back in Belgium today, because he had to quickly leave Brazil, so not to be caught, I would suspect.

The CMIA kept track of him while he was in Brazil where we expected that he would kill people again for economic reasons. That is his attitude and his nature to kill someone, and so far he has never been caught.

What economic question could there possibly be for Mr Stephan Van Collem in the murder of a man whose husband works in a consulate or an embassy?  The answer is the diplomatic pouch which his gang of Brabant Killers use for transporting fake visas and cash money mostly intended primarily for women trafficking and then for helping volunteer fighters flee the conflict zone without getting caught. 

This could well be the reason why he would kill or have someone kill anybody who stands in his way of making money, simply by refusing to participate in handling the diplomatic pouch for him; for instance.  The victim could be someone who had refused to participate with Stephan Van Collem and who also refused getting paid to violate the German diplomatic integrity of his husband or the trust that brought them together 23 years ago.

Most murder cases by the an individual member of the Brabant Killers, like Stephan Van Collem happened following the refusal of someone to participate or work with what we refer to as “the Enemy”. Examples are the refusal to sell one’s pub to a Brabant Killer, refusal to falsify documents like investment bonds, refusal to introduce counterfeit money into circulation, refusal to practice prostitution, etc. It can go so far as to accept to kill or to be killed, which is the principle on which are built Islamic State, Al Qaeda and Front du Salut Islamique which are not financed by Muslims, but by a Belgian mafia through secret bank accounts in foreign countries, opened with fake identities. They kill for no reason as well, not only because they are psychopaths, but also because you have seen and heard their criminal proposition to help them with crimes. That is why it is better to never meet with them.

The Belgian spouse of the German counselor would have met Mr Stephan Van Collem under the fake identity of Wolfgang Schneider from Darmstadt in Germany.  This time he was probably seeking to move around diseases also in diplomatic pouches without anyone in the world understanding how a pandemic is started.

Hopefully someone may have seen him and would recognize his picture. The shape of his face is very difficult to describe. It is exceptional, but as I have seen him, I thought that he has something of an owl in his features, because of a hairline whcih reduces the size of his front, comparable to the one of the owl. I have selected the owls that mime his expression (see below).

We analyzed in the case of fake Russian passports being shipped to volunteer fighters in Ukraine in a US embassy diplomatic pouch, that apparently only Belgian staff who work at diplomatic missions are likely to be pressured from outside to misuse diplomatic pouches.  If other nationalities were involved, it would not have been a secret for very long. 

The chances are that Wolfgang Schneider is the murderer who quickly few back to Belgium where he can hide at Victor nightshelter, to make it hard for the police to find him.  Wolfgang Schneider was seen in Antwerp city about 15 hours ago today, and he was heading towards the Victor nightshelter.  He might be hiding there at this present moment.

The chances are also that he paid a cleaner to take care of the body or that he financed a killer known in Brazil by the name of “Der Alte”.  Der Alte is a German man from Bonn and he would have received 125 000 euro for getting rid of the spouse of the German counselor.   The 125 000 euro come from an account at the Deutsche Bank in Berlin and were transferred to an account at the Crédit Lyonnais in Brazil  on the name of Helmut Goëgle. One way for getting the real identity of the Der Alte is to block that account at the Crédit Lyonnais in Brazil.

It would be a death case related to the diplomatic pouch, which is unacceptable. It would be useful to arrest and investigate Mr Peter Rombouts, aka Mr Stephan Van Collem before he flees again.
