“Too Big to Save” is an analysis of the World Bank with the suggestion to re-engineer the financial systems to prevent recessions and contagion on the markets.   Our current opinion is that the World Bank is not a bank, not a fund and not an investment company which deals with the financial markets and with the interest.

Our conclusion is that it is a fake bank which deals with criminal debts, possibly related to boosting the Euro alone, at the detriment of all the other currencies.   You will find the analysis on this link.

“Too Big to Save” might provide answers to the bank collapses that are becoming frequent due to fraud, such as the La Société Générale in France in 2008 (Kerviel case).  The fraud might be linked to prospection of partnerships with µLa Société Générale  in Bahrein.

Another famous case is the Lehman Brothers Bank collapse in 2009 also due to frauds in the real estate loans, causing damages to the economy and millions of homeless people world wide.

The money was likely used for the international expansion of NH Hotel Group, a Frankfurt stock quoted hotel industry, for supporting the credit card business, and possibly also for stabilising the Euro given the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Towers in New York where the Lehman Brothers Bank was headquartered.

You will find the latest in a letter to His Excellency Donald Trump, the President of the United States, in which I expose how the loans from the Lehman Brothers Bank to NH Belgium might have been used as further loans to other hotel businesses, which may not exist, and how the lender reports the non-repayment as a debt, in order to avoid paying taxes, and so on.

How come that the World Bank has never has any problems ?  I have never heard this bank having any liquidity problems, or problems repaying the investors or needing the government to save it ?   The World Bank must be a perfect bank, then.  Why don’t they teach the other banks on how to do it right ?  That is what I have been wondering about in “Too Big to Save“

Since decades, I have been suspicious of the World Bank serving the exclusive interest of a small group somewhere in the Western economy, and not really the interest of the developing countries.   If you think that the World Bank wants to end poverty, then please read this article about bringing in illegal migrants from the developing countries.  They any premise – like foreign unversity education, foreign internships, employment etc. – for attracting masses of very beautiful young people, and for using them as new faces for their sex-slavery market, which is directly linked to their hotel industry such as NH Hotel Group, and to the further colonization of the developing nations.

  

The women are sold off to desperate mentally handicapped white males, who used them as slaves in bed, in the house and in in the work place.  They also used them as prostitutes for generating the necessary investment funds for fastening each and every developing nation very tightly to the world Bank and the SDR.

The men are paid richly to become the loverboys to lead the lives off track of the women who often are of their own community, and sometimes even family members such as a cousin or a niece.  It all starts with marrying for the papers.

They are paid very high sums through which the least educated and the morally weakest go for this life style.  They enjoy life because of the easy money rolling in without much effort.  They wear luxury fashion and perfumes and they drive very beautiful cars that turn the heads of the girls.

The question is :  where do they find the money
to spend so much on a loverboys ,
when they need the girl to make money by selling her sex to others ?

Is it money from all the governments in the world and from investors like the 100 companies that have signed up to the UN’s environmental, social and governance goals ?

By participating be it in upholding the loose ethics concerning sexuality, the loverboys fulfil in this way the very racist mafia which remains unseen and which overlooks every next step of the female victims, who are sold from one relation with a male to another “new” relation with a after failing the previous for unclear reasons.   The new relation is being sent by the mafia, without the women realizing that they are being sold over again and again…

…until they effectively end in the prostitution where they serve ANY MALE from ANYWHERE, just to survive, like Miss Colette Dongmo, who is from Cameroun.   :

… or until they get assassinated for not revealing who the

very high placed people were who gang raped and destroyed her genetic apparatus, or who brought to train future guerilla soldiers on how to destroy the women in the countries where the World Bank says it is fighting the poverty, like in Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Tshad, the whole of southern world.

Then they continue to hide behind another mask by blaming it all on Islam and the radical Islamists, just like they did with the 9/11 attacks

My suspicion of this bank – that it participates in wars (be it sexual or military) – has grown further when a new American friend who worked as the Vice-President at the EBRD in London, and whose name is Lee Jackson, died in air crash in Bosnia-Herzegovina, on 4 April 1996, while providing humanitarian aid to the Muslims in Bosnia.   I met him in Innsbruck, Austria, during the ski summit of the National Brotherhood of Skiers, a few weeks before he died.   There were other high-ranking American people with him in that plane, such as Senator Ron Brown, who was President Clinton’s running mate, that year.   What shocked me most was that seen from Europe, the suspicions of the crash were hanging only over President Bill Clinton and no-one else.

While the USA was the only power at some point which sent troops to Bosnia, I found a name of another foreign power that has been there.  It is Belgium, because François Leemans has participated in the execution of thousands of Muslims in Bosnia and Serbia in 1993.

It turns out that the bankers are the targets of a mafia in Belgium, who wishes to slaughter them one by one, if they could help it.  They are against the banking system, just like the World Bank goes against all the rules in the financial markets.

This is what I discovered recently, when learning about the banker from Luxembourg who accompanied to Northern Ireland His Excellency Lucien Leuwenkroon – the President of the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco.   The banker allegedly travelled with a suitcase with one million Belgian franks in bank notes inside, which he took to a country in turmoil, and possibly with the intention to invest.  He reportedly was executed then his body was burnt by the Provo’s to make it unrecognizable, a highly violent splinter organization  of the IRA.

Mr Alfons Nuyts, who was my manager at KPN-Orange, whose brother works for the World Bank in the Congolese mining industry, was also in Northern Ireland during the civil war.

On his arrival, he was reportedly accompanied by a Swiss banker from the World Bank who had disappeared in Northern Ireland, without leaving a trace. Northern Irish witnesses reported that Mr Alfons Nuyts was there between 1983 and 1989.  I am wondering what Mr Nuyts was doing there.

As Belgium has an extensive banking system, I asked the question to the Belgian Minister of Interior, His Excellency Jan Jambon  “How many Belgian victims died in the struggle in Northern Ireland between 1968 and 1999 ?”

As Working inside the World Bank seems life threatening, I inquired in Morocco about how working with the World Bank is like as a client.  Farmers acknowledged knowing Asunduk Dawli (World Bank in Arabic) very well because they work with them often. “Only for developing your farm this bank does not give money, but they supply equipment like water pumps and seeds, or goats for instance…  You are supposed to milk the goats, then sell the milk, and with the earnings you make, you pay back the price of the goats to the World Bank. That is how they work”, a farmer told me very seriously over the phone because he still believes that thanks to the World Bank he would be out of work.    

All I understand from this example is that they do not give money and that they call themselves a bank. It reminds me of the  Food Bank in Belgium, which doesn’t give money for buying food, but they give food.  You also have the spermabank, a bank which stores reserves of sperm and where you pay a sum of money against the sperm of your choice.  The idea for having such a bank might originally also come from Belgium.

The word “bank” is being misused when money is not the reserve of the bank, or when no money is involved, and this problem seems very frequent in Belgium.

The other person who said to me that in Belgium they don’t give money or they just don’t pay is Miss Colette Dongmo.  

When the Islamic Development Bank signed an MoU with the World Bank for realizing the Arab Youth potential, I promptly wrote to them to stop the collaboration because of the one way street when it comes to money.   The World Bank is unlikely to invest in realizing the Arab Youth potential, but the Islamic Development Bank was likely to pay for things which the World Bank will never do, which is to realize the Arab youth potential.   This is why I did not think the World Bank were the right partners, do you ?

Now I found that their business is somehow terrorism and HIV-related.  They kill our men with terrorism and our women with HIV. I am discussing this in my briefing for the Islamic Development Bank.

I found the information again when investigating a case of culinary plagiarism which concerns an employment project I had with the women from Thailand.  We were planning to work together in a public-private partnership with Aramark to train young Belgian chefs in the art of carving fruits and vegetables.

Sodexo, a Belgian company possibly raised with the money from the World Bank mafia ripped it off our hands and they wond the contract with NATO.  I later discovered that NATO is totally dependent from Belgium for everything, be it financially, logistically or else.   This is why they were able to beat me and Aramark out of the race for the contract with NATO, and Sodexo won the deal with our proposition.

I immediately informed His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the King of my country about this.  I told him that the IMF, the IBRD, the European Commission, the European Central Bank (through the IMF), the African Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the  UNDP and the whole of the United Nations are all, but absolutely all governed by the National Bank of Belgium

I am insisting on claiming parts of the income which Sodexo generated with my idea for positioning their competitor with NATO.   My plan is to organize a class action involving similar financial losses to the benefit of a mafia inside NATO.

The job being too big for one person, I wish to set up a team which helps me in the research and the reconstruction of the scenarios of fraud in several countries in the world.  To this end, I have the honour to attach a Memorandum of Understanding.

I have been promoting the “From Mawazine to Panama Papers” program to investigate the funds from all the countries and to explain the repetitive financial crises that the world has been witnessing during the past 60 years, for understanding their cause and for learning the lessons from the depressions and the recessions.

I am currently raising funds for founding the Center for Moroccan International Alliances and a mansion in Antwerp where we want to start immediately with a world wide research program named “From Mawazine to Panama Papers”.  The new economy will be driven by tourism for which we need new competition agreements to avoid bankruptcies and to avoid human traffic for supporting the industries.

​I welcome the participation of the financial institutions such as the World Bank, the commercial banks and the investment companies for directing and financing this initiative.  The governments, the police departments and the legal authorities in all the countries of the world are also welcome to participate in the tender and to submit a proposal containing issues and needs for solving the responsibility of the financial crimes or the criminal enterprises. They will cooperate with the universities through the enterprise laboratory in which  the business schools and universities will supply the service of researching the criminal public or private enterprises, with our DNA-Business-Finance tool through which it becomes very easy to determine the responsible people of any action.

The outcome will be published in a book named Allah Ghaleb (briefing).  It is a book about the Enemy in facts and figures.  I made more discoveries while paving the ways for the investigations,  

For avoiding the same mistakes in the future, which was to depend on Belgium for the education of our children, we also innovate to bring the education to a multidimensional level.  Allow me to share the respective letter which I sent to the Minister of Education of the Hebrew State, His Excellency Naftali Bennett, for building villages dedicated to educating a multicultural youth in the Middle East, regardless of their religious background.
