Majesteiten,

Zijne Excellentie de heer André Azoulay is vermeld in en een verslag van de Belgische Federale Politie over een gewelddadige diefstal.  Het slachtoffer verdenkt de heer André Azoulay als de opdrachtgever van de misdaad, mits een verleden in Belfast dat ze gemeen hebben.

De naam “Ina Valstar” staat ook vermeld in hetzelfde Belgisch politieverslag.  Ik stel voor een Europees aanhoudingsbevel uit te sturen tegen mevrouw Valstar.

Onafhankelijk van het politie verslag, heb ik bijkomstige informatie : Mevrouw Valstar zou een zus hebben in Frankrijk, nabij Toulouse.  Ik heb telefoonnummer en dat is 00 33 55 30 85 808.  Kan de Nederlandse politie natrekken of mevrouw Valstar familie heeft in Frankrijk, alstublieft ?   Met dank bijvoorbaat.

Majesteiten, mag ik de briefwisseling met u delen die ik gisteren naar Marokko en naar Groot Brittanië heb gestuurd, alsook een  video over mijn project voor de vrijheid.   Ik heb een referentienummer bij  het Internationaal Strafhof in Den Haag : OTP-CR-322/13

The name of His Excellency Mr. André Azoulay is indicated in a report from the Belgian Federal Police concerning a violent robbery. The victim suspects Mr. André Azoulay as the originator of the crime, provided that they have a past  in Belfast in common.

The name “Ina Valstar” is also mentioned in the same Belgian police report. I propose to issue a European arrest warrant against Mrs Valstar.

Independent from the police report, I have concurrent information: Ms. Valstar may have a sister in France, near Toulouse. I have the phone number, which is 00 33 55 30 85 808. Could the Dutch police  verify if Mrs Valstar has family in France, please? Thanks in advance.
