First I am presenting my condolences for the victims of the attack in Stockholm on 7 April 2017. My thoughts are with the families of the victims.
For preventing the future attacks, I have the honor to present my previous letter of 3 November 2015 to Her Excellency, Madame Margot Wallström, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden with the recommendation to close the Anna Lindh Foundation in your country and to issue an arrest warrant against Mr André Azoulay, the Godfather of Morocco. His real name is André van Lidth de Jeude.
Allow me to reiterate the same demand again, today, following the attacks in Stockholm, last week.
Should you have any cold cases of Swedish people in Belgium, please add them to the number of victims of the terrorist attacks, as the financier of all the attacks might be the same person. His name is mentioned in a crime report of the Belgian Federal Police.
May I recommend to use my ICC Reference number : OTP-CR-322/13. Please use it for filing against André Azoulay and André van Lidth de Jeude.
