Please find my communication with the Public Center for Social Welfare (PCSW) (CPAS/OCMW) regarding the rent of the studio at 113 Strijdhoflaan, 2600 Berchem. I ask for 500 euros more to be deposited on my bank account. In that message I communicated a link with photos so that the PCSW would also see what I will spend the 500 euros on.

Right now Miss Malika Jachadova is adamant that I don’t want to pay the rent, but I can’t pay the rent. I don’t have the money, but she thinks I do. She asked to go to the B-Post bank together with me, so that she could see it with her own eyes. I refused because of intrusion into my private life.
She has become suspicious and thinks I want to make trouble for her. On Wednesday, 4 October 2023, Ms Yachadova asked me if I would just give her my mobile phone. “You will get it back immediately. I just want to destroy communication via Whatsapp between us,” she explained.
Apparently, she did not trust me for a reason unknown to me at the time. I handed over my phone so that she would trust me. ‘Go ahead,’ I said.

Judging from the objects, the occupant seems to be a student because of the laptop lying on the bed. Indeed, I found some computer equipment in that dwelling, on a shelf at the entrance to the studio. It is someone who was apparently into technology. Among the electronic junk there is a Telenet reception box for Internet et TV. There must be a related subscription in the name of this person who we are trying to identify.

Ms Malika Yachadova said the occupant was a man who had found a sweetheart to marry. This is an interior of a woman. You can tell by the colours of the clothes, a beauty case on the floor in the bedroom right under the window and by a wooden container for khol kajal, a powder to make a black outline of the eyes. That was on the mantel.
These photos should be reviewed by specialists to see if they can find anything to help identify the victim.
Please find herewith the lease I drew up myself, which Ms Yachadova signed. She signed twice, first in the wrong place, then in the right place. Please compare her signature with other documents she signed somewhere.

On 3 October 2023, Ms Yachadova undertook the very big task of painting the studio walls white, even though the previous colour was much warmer.
Why does Ms Yachadova behave so anxiously about a studio she wants to rent out and at the same time restrict the tenant’s freedom in every way. So why rent it out?
If those objects in the photos belong to the woman who died (or was killed), then I understand why she deleted all past Whatsap///p messages.
