aanhef Prince Alwaleed

Bismillah,

I have the honor to remind you of my proposal for the social media card buffer and my analysis of the DNA-Business-Finance of the Twitter Stocks.

During the recent days I have been following the data scandal around Facebook and Cambridge Analytica.   Finally a scandal has arisen which concerns the data many people.  This Facebook scandal is very interesting for someone like me who had two Google Apps accounts hacked at the same time by somebody who is interested in the data concerning Anaccell and United Chambers, and who was slowing me down to raise money with my data.

Google Apps Account Disabled

The same person might have hacked my Twitter account last Summer, to call me a bitch.

A data breach doesn’t always have to happen through the computers and on the Internet.  A data breach can also happen at home or with people working in the office of your company, like in 2007 when I applied for funds with the Kingdom Foundation.  I have summarized the entire case in the letter to His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, to make him aware that unseen forces might have worked you in an apparent case of corruption, and when you can’t prove what you can’t see, you are guilty.

When I heard about Facebook getting in trouble, I immediately thought of S-ME, the social media company of Mr Abdulla Al Zamil, in Saudi Arabia, and whose innovation was stolen by Facebook.  That is wat this letter is about :

On 18 May 2012, Facebook took the dangerous decision to get introduced on the NASDAQ (the American stock market), in order to raise capital and to develop the company further.

That decision was dangerous because if you understand the Facebook product very well, which is basically a free service, and if you study how uncomplicated the Facebook page is, you would wonder how exactly Facebook makes money.   The user, in the case of Facebook, is not a billable client.  The client pays nothing.

Yet, Mark Zuckerberg was insisting on one billion of users to convince the investors and to attract capital towards the Facebook company.   I know the trick because they were doing the same at KPN-Orange in Brussels, where they were stuffing the total number of customers with the prepaid SIM cards which were used only once.

They use the same trick in Morocco for blowing up the number of tourists with travelers who pay nothing, and for convincing the Moroccan government to increase spendings the next year in the tourism sector.

The number of Facebook users has actually exploded during the Arab Spring, at the beginning of 2011, which is something that they don’t talk about.  Facebook actually owes this growth to the Arabs in many ways.

You will read a little further how Facebook will owe another growth to an Arab invention by Mr Abdulla Al Zamil. They don’t talk about him too.  He created S-ME and he should be famous.  His Saudi Arabian company should be ranking amongst Apple, Windows, Google, Yahoo, etc… but I don’t see S-ME anywhere, and I never heard of it, if I wasn’t looking into infoDev (see futher down).  Why?

The number of users is the wrong criteria to put forward to the investors , but that is what Mr Zuckerberg was doing, instead of showing the cost/benefit of the Facebook Product.

You know that amongst the one billion of users, perhaps half is like myself, who have never re-visited their pages on Facebook, ever since the first experience of creating the page, because they discovered another social media, and yet another one again.

I am only one user, but I have two pages on Facebook. And how many other users have more than one page on Facebook ?

If I were the only user of Facebook with two accounts, will Mr Zuckerberg tell the investors that he has one or two users ?   That is why the one billion of users is a questionable figure, all the more that in addition to having two individual accounts, I could be part of a discussion group, with thirty thousand participants on Facebook.  Does Mr Zuckerberg account this discussion group as one user or as thirty thousand users, just to blow the figures of Facebook up more ?   But does Facebook charge anything to the groups ?   No.

So actually from the approximate one billion users which Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg was putting forward, there could be just some 200 million active users, and even fewer of them use Facebook for buying and selling and to placing advertisements, because this would help monetize Facebook better.

As you will understand, in 2012 , when introducing the IPO, Mark Zuckerberg wasn’t presenting the real figures to the investors, but Facebook’s introduction to the NASDAQ worked, because of the investors who are not critical and/or not knowledgeable of ICT, or they never tested the product to know that there is a difference between a user and an account, that a user can hold more than one account and that an group of people can be holders of one account, etc.  Or Facebook might have succeeded the IPO because someone was planning to speculate on the basis of the ignorance of all the other investors, for making their money, like in a Ponzi scheme.

For attracting the investors, Mr Zuckerberg was not using the number of advertisers, which is much lower and not growing as fast as the number of users.  Now, the danger is that the investments raised on the basis of the one billion of users won’t yield, because they are not paying any bills,

That the investors were going to lose money already became clear within the first minutes after the introduction of Facebook on NASDAQ.  The price per share was 45 $ at the opening. The expectation was that the shares would rise, but they plunged to 38.22 $ at the close of the market.  You will find a history of Facebook’s IPO on investopedia, and on CNBC, they are still talking about the Facebook IPO of 2012.

The investors started losing money, and only then they started questioning all the rest.  When you understand the value of a page on Facebook, you will also understand that this stock market introduction has been driven more by speculation than by industrial value (the value of the product or the value of a page on Facebook).  This could bring the company down to a point in which the only way out is to sell it to a stronger company that will make something better out of Facebook.

Could S-ME be Facebook Messenger ?

Mark Zuckerberg wants to keep his company, and this is normal.  To achieve this, he has to convince his shareholders by supplying more value-added services.

In September 2012, Facebook’s boss Mark Zuckerberg has done just that.  He addressed a statement to the investors with a new strategy for his company to boost revenues.  Facebook goes mobile. The strategy is to connect Facebook to all the mobile phones. (just like the S-ME solution).   Allow me to share three links with the articles of that period.

In the Business Insider article you will read in point 5 that Facebook wants to be on all the phones (meaning smart phones and GSM).  Before, Facebook was only available through the smartphones. Facebook created strategic alliances with handset manufacturers.

At Facebook, they probably learned about creating strategic alliances through a paper which I prepared and which is named CENEBP (cooperative exchange network and electronic business platform), which I deposited together with other innovations at SABAM (the Belgian copyrights organization) and which disappeared from their archives as well as from my home either in a burglary or during the visit of Miss Philomenita Mongaya from Denmark.

This is the number of my dossier which disappeared

This is how the Belgian mafia assures the jobs for her people only.  It is by robbing the activity from the others.  If they think that they were doing the right thing by exploiting the Moroccan people and me, to assert jobs for their own folk, I think that I will be doing an even better thing for my folk which is to have Morocco cut absolutely all the commercial ties with Belgium immediately and to organize the Maghrexit.

Beside the smartphone, the social media functionality will now be available on all the phones.  It almost sounds like a revival for his business.  The added value that Facebook has been introducing was a rapid expansion on the mobile market, with the inclusion of all types of mobile phones and thus with another large number of users.

How does Facebook do it to come up so quickly with solutions that keep the NASDAQ investors happy ?

In July of 2012, I discovered S-ME Chat on page 9 of a brochure of ICS Saudi : http://www.icsaudi.org/2012/en/images/Brochure/EN-Brochure.pdf.   As this link might be de-activated, I am enclosing the IP profile of S-ME

In that period, I was doing a research on the World Bank, because I stumbled on infoDev where I found all my innovations being used, which I sent to the Kingdom Foundation.  infoDev itself is an attempt to become a network of incubators, just like Halal Village and the H2O centers for excellence.  I explained this principle in the presentation for the ArcelorMittal foundation, which was included in the parcel for the Kingdom Foundation.

In fact I was trying to convince the Arab countries that the World Bank is not a bank but a mafia.   I listed all the characteristics of this particular mafia in a document named “Too Big to Save”.  It seems to me the only financial institution in the USA which is functioning without a banking licence for selling loans and with no connections to the Federal Reserve for applying the correct interest rates.  I advised them to stop immediately giving contributions to the World Bank, but to invest through the normal banks anywhere in the world.

As an enterprise consultant, I noticed that the entrepreneurship programs of the World Bank wasn’t providing assistance on how to develop a business out of an innovation.  I found some astonishing practices that are not appropriate at innovation level, like award winning events through which the innovations are actually marketed before they are turned into salable goods.  Innovations shouldn’t get media exposure before they are patented, copyrighted or protected by investors, and long before the enterprise is created.

The incubator where Mr Al Zamil has been with, normally knows this.  I think he was with Badr Technology Incubator in Saudi Arabia, which is affiliated to infoDev and iDisc, and Mr Al Zamil’s name is mentioned in an article of Arab News, stating “There are some projects that accomplished achievements for the Kingdom, like the Esmi project for social communication, by Abdullah Al-Zamel. The project obtained the World Bank’s award for being one of the top 50 emerging commercial technology projects (…)

S-ME enables chat, like and tweet over mobile.  Mr Al Zamil wrote a code that allows the standard mobile phone user to access the social network sites on the world wide web, through the SMS server.  The chat like and tweet was only possible via the smartphone.  With this solution you don’t need a smartphone or a tablet.  A standard SMS compatible GSM is enough.   Nobody thought of developing a chat application for the mobile phones in the first place.

Mr Abdulla Al Zamil won the Ericsson award for his invention and he was awarded 25 000 USD, just like the team in the picture here below.
SoundVision

(source Er https://www.ericsson.com/careers/blog)

25 000 USD is about the same amount, 25 000 Euro that Professor Zayer Majid, who works for the Moroccan government, suggested to me for kick-starting the Anaccell bio-intelligent cosmetics, and this without me ever sending any information to this particular person or any presentation of the cosmetics.  I did not say no, but I was making sure if the request was a tactic by someone else in Morocco, who wants to get hold of my business plan for others to blow it up and to use it for raising money with the foreign governments with funds precisely like the World Bank, just like they did with the concept for a network of innovation centers and centers for excellence, which they turned into “infoDev Innovation Hub”.

I was fearing that this was a set-up to make me lose everything.  To me it sounded like “here is some money, give me all you got and do something else”.  I had lost an enormous amount of time and innovations with Morocco and with Belgium, and I met Professor Majid in a conference which itself was entirely inspired on concepts that I wrote, and thus driven by a mafia who was after everything that I was doing.

I tried to make my point clear to Professor Zayer Majid by showing him what is going on with the saffron in Morocco.  Belgium “helped” Morocco get a quality control certification for the saffron, and through this channel, they got hold of the technology to grow the saffron flowers in Belgium and beat Morocco out of the markets, while Morocco was expecting to get rich from the exports.

infoDev has also built incubators in Morocco, like in all the developing countries, and they are all NGO‘s that were receiving grants from infoDev.   A grant is not an investment.  A grant is like a gift just like the 25 000 Euro which Professor Zayer Majid proposed to arrange.  You don’t train the entrepreneurs to expect gifts from you but to invest and to sell, and to pay back the money.  The World Bank was sponsoring the NGO‘s to make them function in their way.

Infodev was steering the young enterprises of the developing countries right into failure, before the start-up : They know how to make the inexperienced entrepreneur feel like a victorious winner with the competitions and the awards they organize, whereas the battle for the markets has yet to start. These practices are against the rules governing competition and industrial and intellectual property.   My proposal to the Kingdom Foundation was about correcting this, but all the ideas got spread.

What happened to me, may have happened to Mr Abdulla Al Zamil, who created S-ME.  While his company was commercially still in incubation, his idea got spread through the damned infoDev innovation hub.

Perhaps it was the same mafia who made Mr Al Zamil, the Kingdom Foundation and me lose significant income.  I mean, why is S-ME not listed on the NASDAQ, if a webpage like Facebook can do that ? You will see here in a Fox News article on how the very similar things that Mr Al Zamil was making possible, was helping the stock prices of Facebook rise again.

That is what I call money, not the award of 25 000 USD which Mr Al Zamil received from Ericcson and the World Bank in a game of competition.  Yes, you can get started with that sum, but you will be very quickly discouraged when you feel that you can’t employ any people to help you grow a company.   What do you do then ?  Would you try another competition like that with your next innovation ?

So What about the stock price of S-ME Chat ?   It felt to me that he was given money which allowed others to take out the knowledge with which they will raise much more money behind Mr Al Zamil’s back, and behind ours.

I contacted S-ME to check if someone in Europe has copied their S-ME Chat solution.  “Is This Innovation Yours ?”, I wrote on 14 September 2012, in a letter in which I am bringing the incident to the attention of Mr Al Zamil, and in which you will find more details.

“I was wondering if the value added service that Facebook is introducing to the investors is your technical solution for including all the phones”, I wrote. “Is it your company who has the contracts with all the handset manufacturers for doing the programming for Facebook ?   Or is someone else selling the programming services to the handset manufacturers, to the operators and to Facebook ? Who is your competitor ? You normally shouldn’t have one. Please verify this, because I think that this is your innovation.”

Facebook earns most of the money through the sales of advertisement space.  We don’t know how many clients for publicity Facebook has. We only know that the number of Facebook users is reaching one billion.   How many users actually see and respond to the advertisements on Facebook. I rarely do and if I do click then that is where it stops.

The new mobile strategy that Mr Zuckerberg announced on 11 and 12 September 2012 was aiming to help the investors forget the disappointments of 18 May 2012, when Facebook’s IPO was introduced, but it is not reassuring.  Here is why :

As the parameter for the returns on investments Mr Zuckerberg is again presenting the massive number of Facebook users which will increase with the massive number of users with the S-ME solution for all the phone types and the standard GSM in particular.  Mr Zuckerberg was not highlighting in any way the true income which should come from the advertisement.

Will the S-ME solution help him sell more advertising space ?  I don’t think so.  There is a technical issue related to the bandwidth when extending Facebook access with advertisement to the standard GSM handset which can only connect by SMS.

SMS stands for short message service (small packet data).  It is used to type a limited number of characters and it is used for configuring and provisioning the SIM.  Because of the limited numbers of characters, SMS is compatible with chat, but SMS is not compatible or suitable for advertisement.

For advertisements you need more memory in your handset, and you need large packet data transmission.  In other words, you need a smart phone in that case. That is the reason why smart phones were invented in the first place.  It is because the capacity of the standard handset is limited. The billions of users that Mr Zuckerberg says he wanted to reach, can’t afford  a smartphone to see the advertisements.

Mr Zuckerberg was either making unfounded declarations on 11 and 12 September 2012, or he was listening to someone else’s erroneous advice.  So the promised inclusion of all types of mobile phones will generate an additional billion of users for Facebook for sure, but they won’t generate a penny of income from advertisement for Mr Zuckerberg and his investors.

Therefore, the Facebook investors will likely continue to lose money and Mr Zuckerberg’s financial trouble will get worse and he will be in a deeper mess with the Security Exchange Commission or with NASDAQ.  He will have to speak up.

In addition to the declarations that Mr Mark Zuckerberg was making, it looks like he caused the innovation of a Saudi start-up spread like wildfire around the world :

in the beginning of August 2012, I found a mobile phone advertisement in Brussels metro, offering a very similar application like the S-ME chat solution.  It’s an advertisement to buy a connection pack to the Facebook chat service, for 15 Euro per month. It clearly offers a basic tariff plan for the standard GSM users with an Internet chat option which is restricted to Facebook only, in addition to the SMS functionality.  It’s in Dutch and it says “Internet op GSM”, so you don’t need a tablet or an expensive Blackberry to access the chat services anymore.

http://www.mobistar.be/nl/aanbod/mobiel-internet/optie-mobile-like-and-tweet.

I used to have the documentation, but with the eviction which occurred at the end of 2014, I have lost all of it.

The chances are that they will be spreading it to the Open Source community, to completely kill off S-ME business and Facebook’s business too.  I thought I saw something like that on https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/instant-messaging-and-chat

In that same period  I also found certain telecom operators and application developers in West Europe who already started for a way to beat S-ME and Facebook on the markets right away.

Perhaps Facebook smuggled Mr Al Zamil’s innovation into Belgium, where they obviously have started producing big business with the solution.

Accessing a chat service with a standard mobile handset and by SMS, is something which didn’t exist in Belgium, until a few months ago.  To make sure that Belgium could be the perpetrator, I’ve checked if Belgium is the first country to offer this mobile chat service in West Europe.

It seems that Belgium wants to position as the first country to enable chat over SMS and to export the programming services of S-ME mobile chat innovation to the mobile operators, in the case adjustments are needed on the networks, in the billing system, in the roaming system, the fraud systems, the security system etc.

This is how the S-ME solution is generating huge opportunities for employment, an enormous number of international engineering jobs with the operators, big contracts with the handset manufacturers and with the Internet businesses that S-ME could have attracted to Saudi Arabia.  All that is now going to Belgium. All the Internet industries should normally open their labs in Saudi Arabia for adapting their services to the mobile industry with Mr Al Zamil’s rules, but Belgium is running with that glory. Belgium wants to position in this direction and attract foreign investments to her territory with the “ingeniousness” of her population (thanks to Mr Al Zamil’s ideas).

Perhaps Belgium wants a Facebook lab on her territory with S-ME innovation, and this would explain the introduction of Facebook on the NASDAQ, in the context of the Liège Expo 2017.   Yes, I also found Mr Al Zamil’s brilliant innovation being exploited in Belgium (for the Liège Expo 2017), so I related it to the practices that in denounced in “Tearing Down the infoDev Empire”.

While Facebook was apparently using a Saudi innovation for pulling herself out of a financial mess, other social media companies began using the S-ME solution.  Their companies are earning billions, because before S-ME’s invention, the social media providers on the Internet were only counting on the smartphone market.  With the S-ME solution, the social media providers were suddenly enabled to reach the masses of people with the simple mobile phone. It is a small change, but it is causing big effects on the entire mobile technology market and on the Internet businesses all around the world.

Did Mr Al Zamil, who resolved the access to the social media like the chat, for all the mobile phone types earn billions ?  No. He received 25 000 USD and that was it.  He probably never knew that his innovation was being used by others for making big money.  He lost through the theft by a greedy mafia somewhere in West Europe, and that was the added value of infoDev at the Word Bank.

Bloomberg is the investment company that arranged the initial public offer (IPO) for Facebook.

The questions which Congress should be asking to Mr Zuckerberg are:

  • What is the total number of Facebook users ?
  • Who developed the code for allowing all the mobile phones to connect to Facebook chat ?
  • In which country was this service operational for the first time ?
  • How did he get hold of the code ?

For further information, about this Facebook case, may I refer Your Royal Highness to the letter to Mr Abdulla Al Zamil of 14 September 2012.

If Mark Zuckerberg had stolen the S-ME solution, he wouldn’t sell the solution to his competitors like Yahoo Chat, Windows Live, and even less to an open source community like Mozilla.

Mr Zuckerberg is a Jew, and Mr Abdullah Al Zamil is an Arab and a Muslim, and this makes it very delicate, when the entire future with S-ME and the dignity of a country like Saudi Arabia has been robbed.  It does stir violent anger which could drive a person to carefully plot a conspiracy against the Jews and the Americans, if not to fantasize about it almost day and night.  This is the expected reaction.

Someone wants the Arabs to clash with the Jews.  We won’t buy into that, because all the religions strife for peace.   You know that economic and industrial development is impossible without peace.  Someone doesn’t want economic development for us (the Muslims), that person is stealing innovations and instigating wars.

That person is an anti-semite.   He could be the same who crashed the Lehman Brothers bank in New York twice.  Once in 2001 by attacking the Twin Towers on 11 September, and once again in 2008 with the subprime mortgage crisis of which I found tracks in Belgium.  Lehman Brothers lent money to European Hotel Ventures Belgium, which evolved to the actual NH Hoteles.

When someone is anti-semite, you can be sure that the person is also anti-Arab and anti-Muslims.   I have found someone who is profoundly anti-Muslim to the extent of participating proudly in massacre in Bosnia and in Servia.

His name is Francois Leemans and I have the honor to send you his picture with a list of crimes committed in many countries, among which Israel and Bosnia.  Congress should hold the picture in front of Mr Mark Zuckerberg and ask him if this is the man who brought to him the innovations for saving Facebook.

Francois Leemans is a human trafficker.  He lives and works in Morocco under a different name which is Lucien Leuwenkroon.  He is the President of the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca, would you believe.  He is the man who needs farmland for free on which he enslaves the Moroccan people for growing strawberries and for exporting tons of this crops to the Benelux, on fruit carriers together with kidnapped women and children from Morocco to work in the West European sex industry.   He must be the mans who decided to grow the Moroccan saffran in Belgium

Besides Lavazza and  Immo Leuwenkroon, which is his real estate company in Antwerp and which they declared closed at the end of 2013 (but which probably continued to operate), through which he undoubtedly “buys” real estate property in Morocco, and sells to Belgians and other Europeans, I have also spotted in Antwerp Leemans Group, which supplies loans to individuals.  It is a very famous private credit company commonly known as “Mevrouw Leemans“.  It looks like a very small business, but it might be very very big.  I have not been able to establish the link with François Leemans, but the chances are that the link is the money from the human traffic, but I could be wrong.

We can’t deny the Facebook has a significant market.  That is why in my letter to Mr Abdullah Al Zamil, I suggested to partner with Facebook for creating income.   I will be addressing the suggestion to the Misk Foundation and I will copy Your Royal Highness.

I am reworking parts of my suggestions which I will integrated in the Digital Unity, the Twitter for Kids and Speed of Light.

I will get back to you when I have more information, and about Groupon.

Salam fi rahmatu Allah wa barakatu.
