Your Majesties the King and Queen of Belgium,
I have the honor to hand over the dossier (see further below) about Ina Valstar, which I sent to the Dutch royals, Majesties King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima.
Madame Valstar is a very dangerous woman and comparable to Marc Dutroux. She lives in Borgerhout and she fled her country, which is the Netherlands, in 1983, after causing the death of four young people, among which two new-born babies, in the context of a lucrative prostitution business.
She is currently targeting the young Polish women in particular, who she recruits as housekeepers. She reportedly hires and fires them like on a conveyer belt. There is no end to the number of Polish who find her because they need a job and they either sleep in the street or with many others in one room.
Ina Valstar reportedly offers to the Polish women to keep their papers at her house to ensure their safety, which they all gladly accept epecially as Miss Valstar can act friendly and helpful. The Moroccan mothers who know her from Flora were praising her because of her expertise in clothes-making when she was living in the Netherlands. She traps them with her sweetness just for the sake of appearances. The daughters of the Moroccan mothers mostly don’t like Ina Valstar much.
I can imagine how a Polish migrant woman gets trapped to give her passport and identity card in the beginning. Their trouble starts when they want their papers back weeks or months later. Then Ina Valstar changes from a sweet woman to a cold-hearted Hitler. She blackmails the Polish women to pay a large sum (between 1000 and 4000 euro) if they want to see their identity papers back or to accept a job that will help them gather the sums she needs. The job is prostitution.
