I refer to my letter of 13 June 2024 for The Honourable Bart De Wever, The Mayor of the City of Antwerpen about “Where Miss Marleen Seymour’s handbag is?”
On the evening of 8 June 2024 Miss Marleen Seymour returned to the Victor Night Shelter of Centrum Algemeen Welzijn (CAW) without her handbag. Someone stole her handbag on the public transport.
On the same day, in the early hours there was an explosion in the diamond area of Antwerp city center and another one in the area densely populated by the Jews of Antwerp. In my letter to the Mayor of Antwerp, I have summarised my observations as I was sharing the dorm with Marleen Seymour. Her bed was next to mine. I was wondering where she was when I opened my eyes around 6 AM
One of the credit cards Ms Marleen Seymour had in her bag is important for the denouement of the two attacks in Antwerp on 8 June 2024, about which new elements a little further on in this letter.
It concerns a credit card linked to the account at the Banco Ambrosiano in Pisa under the false identity of Raphaella Visconti.
In that same handbag that disappeared were seven other credit cards:
- in the name of Ms Marie-France Longleur of Brest linked to an account at the Crédit Lyonnais in Orleans, France, which she had opened on 2 February 2016.
- in the name of Ms Gudrun Wolff of Hanover linked to an account at Deutsche Bank in Leipzig, which she had opened on 8 September 2016;
- In the name of Ms Els Koopmans from The Hague linked to an account at the ING bank in Leiden, which she had opened on 21 December 2014. At the time, the real Els Koopmans was still alive.
- In the name of Ms Marleen Goegebuer of Rotterdam linked to an account at Bank de Luxembourg in Esch, in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which she opened on 16 October 2013;
- In the name of Ms Sophie Williams of Manchester linked to an account at Barclays Bank in London that she created on 2 July 2018;
- In the name of Jill Preston of Orlando linked to an account at Bank of New York Mellon in Washington DC that she had created on 16 May 2015; and
- In the name of Ms Nora Gainsborough of Denver linked to a bank account at Goldman Sachs in Chicago that she had opened on 23 February 2016.
She uses both names of people who really exist and are celebrities like Mrs Sophie Williams and Professor Jill Preston, or of people who have died, and fictional names that only appear in books and films.
The fraud is blatant and one might as well arrest her for theft of credit cards owned by these people.
How can she prove that they are hers?
There is not a single lawyer in the world who is going to defend the argument
That it is about her money
That’s the downside of those secret accounts with fake identities
We can prove that they are hers from the assessments, though, by observing financial movements, just as you do order tracking from the moment the payment card is read or scanned.
It is a universal system, with universal rules accessible. Organisations like Swift need to make that data available for public safety, especially in cases of fake identities.
Ms Marleen Seymour is estimated to have a total of at least half a billion USD in credit cards. She is guilty of:
- Theft of identities (because she has several in her pocket),
- forgery of identities, credit cards and bank accounts,
- tax evasion
- the financing of hostility including the sentimental scams in the male-female relationship that she imposes on minors (people under 25 years of age) to perform sexual intercourse in return for a monthly salary, such as the salaries paid from her account under the false identity Raphaella Visconti to two Dutch loverboys (see further below about the fire at a jewellery shop on the Keyserlei). The latter offence corresponds to Article 8 points 21 and 22 on war crimes in the Rome Statutes of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
- intentionally exposing people to disease and intentionally causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health which corresponds to Article 8 point 2.a.iii, Article 8 point 2.b.x, Article 8 point 2.e.xi on war crimes in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in The Hague
These include violations of personal dignity, in particular degrading treatment, the commission of rape, sexual slavery, forced prostitution, forced pregnancy, as defined in Article 7(2)(f), forced sterilisation, or any other form of sexual violence that also constitutes a serious violation of the Geneva Conventions. This is stated in Article 8 paragraph 2.b.xxii on war crimes in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
Being able to do all these offences is the purpose of all those credit cards with fake identities like Raphaella Visconti, which Ms Seymour had in her handbag.
Information from the financial community report that several people were involved in the fire in a jewellery shop on the Keyserlei in Antwerp on Saturday 8 June 2024, and, a few hours earlier that morning at around 3.30 am, the explosion at the entrance of an apartment building on the Quinten Matsijslei
To begin with, the whole set-up was conceived and equipped by two members of the gang of Brabant killers who used to take part in the bloody armed robberies against the Delhaize supermarkets in Brabant between 1982 and 1987. These are Mr Alfons Nuyts and Mr Daniel Renson. They both pretend to be members of civilised society, but they are bloodthirsty serial killers.
They allegedly brought all the material such as fireworks and fuel and they would have instructed the youths on who should do what and when. The full funding of the material and perpetrators and the choice of target was decided by His Excellency André Azoulay, who is hiding in Morocco because he happens to be a governor of a province in that country. He abuses his position for organising attacks against another country. He should not be using Morocco for attacking any other country. I hope he will be fired, and fired again, again and again until he can’t be fired any further.
The perpetrators were not one but two Dutch youths, Mr Thys Nieuwdorp (aged 18) and Mr Joost Steldorf, both aged 18. The two young men are friends and went to school together in Groningen. The press did not mention a second young man from the Netherlands. People spoke only of one person being picked up.by the police.
In the financial milieu of interbank financial messaging services, data has been intercepted for this case on Ms Marleen Seymour who has been watched and followed for years in terms of the fake identities she uses to open accounts abroad. That is how we got hold of data on two youngsters from the Netherlands.
They allegedly knew Ms Marleen Seymour because they worked for her previously as loverboys to trick young girls with the intention of getting those girls into prostitution.
To do that kind of work, the two young men were earning €37,500.00 each per month this year that Ms Marleen Seymour was withdrawing from one of her accounts in Italy at the Banco Ambrosiano in Pisa. There, she allegedly opened an account under the false identity of Ms Raphaella Visconti on 11 September 2013.
The account in question was linked to a credit card she carried in her handbag from which she was robbed later the same day. The bag also allegedly contained cash worth 7,500.00 euros.
There was talk that day, on June 8, 2024, of 7,500.00 Euros for each of the young men to commit the two crimes. Ms Marleen Seymour was to receive 25,000.00 Euros in the account for forwarding the “salaries” to those youths. Collection of financial data continues and a verification of the above can begin.
The purpose of that attack is unclear, but based on the Brabant killers’ modus operandi, there are two possibilities:
- The intention of the attack was to loot the diamond shop. A new investigation is needed to estimate the value of the loot and to know where it was taken and by whom. The press has reported nothing about this, and that is not good news. This is incomplete news not worthy of the image of the Belgian press
- The other motive could be identical to why the Delhaize shops were shot at in the 1980s. The purpose of the attacks was to artificially lower the price of Delhaize shares.
- Anti-Semitism is also a line of enquiry because Ms Marleen Seymour seems to have copied all the hateful attitudes of the Wouters van Oplinter family against Jews, Muslims and all Arabs, as well as against Blacks, and she is jet black herself.
Well, Ms Marleen Seymour holds 2.25 per cent shares in Tiffany & Co under the fake identity of Luisa Campanelli from Palermo, and possibly this double hit has something to do with it.
The site of the attack was a diamond merchant’s shop that possibly has Tiffany & Co as a customer in the United States. In an indirect way, perhaps the intention of this blast was to cause an impact on Tiffany & Co ‘s business value, by disrupting the exports.
Apparently, this Tiffany & Co is no longer listed for the unknown investor, Tiffany & Co shares are therefore harder to buy by anybody. With this change, former investment bonds have lost their value, such as those of “Luisa Campanelli”.
The entire Nijvel gang , including Ms Marleen Seymour, used stock market investments to launder the proceeds from criminal operations. With stock market investments, one always risks losing everything.
That could also be the case with Pfizer and Moderna. These are investments with side effects one should be prepared for, just like the fake Covid19 vaccines. She and her gang are not and are looking to recoup their losses. These are people who don’t understand markets. Only people who play fair understand what losing means. People like Ms Marleen Seymour think everything is deliberate because they cannot be honest themselves. Such people should not have access to stock market investments either.
The 8 June 2024 attack could be retaliatory, and there are several diamond merchants in Antwerp that export to the US, including Tiffany & Co. The Antwerp area would become unsafe for the other diamond dealers if this case of fire and explosives were not immediately and efficiently investigated and dealt with. That is, not 35 years after the fact.
One direction for this investigation is Morocco, where the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca is whose president is Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, whose closure I requested 14 years ago based on the disgraceful shrimp peeling business which they use for getting hold of victims for Lucien(s Leuwenkroon’s international women trafficking .
He is the founder of Kroon Diamonds a company that sells blood diamonds and that also acquires diamonds in this bloody way. Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon could be the principal behind these attacks and the spectacular diamond robbery at Zaventem airport on 8 February 2013.
He is also the owner of Douglas Cosmetics International, Ici Paris XL, Parfumerie du Centre, Elle et Lui Parfumerien, Rituals, Lavazza Coffee, Pfizer and NH Hotel Group, to name a few.
Ms Marleen Seymour was a resident of Zaventem, at Rijmelgem 10, 1932 Sint Stevens Woluwe, travelled often to Morocco where she worked at the Ibn Sina Hospital in Rabat and to Dakhla and Laayoune in the context of trafficking in women and migrant smuggling, also for the same client who is Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon. Ms Marleen Seymour could be the coordinator of both raids.
So that fire at the jewellery shop would have to be approached as a robbery to find more elements. which is why the lack of a report on looting that may have taken place is a shortcoming
The Belgian Federal Police should show the robot photograph of Ms Marleen Seymour (see profile further below) to the eight-man commando of the spectacular diamond robbery at Zaventem airport on 8 February 2013, who were arrested, to know if they recognise this lady, if so from where and in what context? She could be the lady who paid them, just as she paid the two Dutch youths to do so. As soon as one recognised her, she should be arrested.
The robotic photo of Ms Marleen Seymour should also be shown to the authors of the 22 March 2016 attacks at Zaventem airport and Maelbeek metro station in Brussels.
She knew Mr Salah Abdeslam and his mother, and she also knew Mr Mohamed Abrini. She allegedly bought gifts for them in the same way she has been doing with Mr Younès Ben Sellam, a cousin of Brussels politician Ms Nawal Ben Hamou. Mr Ben Sellam is staying at the Victor night shelter.
As with the fire at the jewellery shop on the Keyserlei in Antwerp on Saturday 8 June 2024 and the explosion at the entrance of an apartment building on the Quinten Matsijslei, the material for the attacks was allegedly financed and delivered by the same people who financed and equipped the Brussels airport attacks of 22 March 2016.
Mrs Marleen Seymour is also said to have given shelter to the boys. A week before the attacks, she was in St Joost ten Noode, in one of the homes of Mr Daniel Renson, possibly at Willemstraat 14/1403 in St Joost ten Noode.
Ms Marleen Seymour allegedly provided transport for the perpetrators to the airport on the day of the attacks on 22 March 2016. She had paid for the taxi. The robotic photograph of Ms Marleen Seymour should be shown to the taxi driver. She was there during the blast at the airport, and she saw everything happen. CCTV cameras that day may have filmed her, and if so, she should be questioned about what exactly she was doing there. Perhaps she was there as a Red Cross aid worker, allowing her to enter or pass through anywhere.
The profile of Ms Marleen Seymour
Ms Marleen Seymour is between 1.62 metres and 1.70 metres tall. She appears slim and proportionally built, yet the arms, legs and neck are too slender for the torso, seat and pelvis, which are much more robust, powerful and fleshy.
 | She knows how to wear the right clothes to make her body look slim overall. When she wears trousers, such as Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen suits that come tailored, one notices o-legs. And viewed from the side, it seems impossible for her to fully stretch. Her shoulders do not reach dead straight above the pelvis, making it impossible to straighten the back. Besides the o-legs, her legs remain folded forward, with the knees above the toes as if she were squatting. She would be slightly taller in stature if she were completely upright. |
She moves and steps as elegantly as possible, so the little flaws cannot be detected, but her mentality attracts attention, making one wonder whether those little flaws do not rather have something to do with the genetic order of her being. She is quick to argue with the others because that is her occupation. Among the women in the night shelter alone, she argued with Lydie, Samra, Ossassé, a Flemish who did not return after two nights, and with me. It is because she makes a lot of money from harassment as this letter shows this
There is not only the Neanderthal among the white people, but among the black people there are also older tribes. The other person with a similar structure is Ms Ina Valstar, who is white and perhaps the genetic order plays a role in why the two match. These understand each other in terms of their criminality and possibly they work together to punish members in the drug scene with organising explosions.
The other factor that can be explained genetically is the fact that Ms Marleen Seymour has very good health despite having borne children of persons who are HIV carriers. She might have a natural resistance to HIV and will never become an AIDS patient.
She talks in a way that allows her to hide her genetic lineage well and emphasises the talk. Once she realises you are on to her, she takes flight.
 | She is very difficult to describe but very easy to recognise by her skin, which is all on the darkest side there is. She has even black and very dense hair. This is the closest photo intended to help you recognise her quickly, although her face is finer. One particularity is that she has a lower forehead with firm eyebrows, the distance between the eyebrows and the eyes is very short, giving her a constantly angry expression even when she is cheerful. |
Her eyes are very close together, much closer than in the photo, She has a stretched mouth whose lower lip is more stretched and imposing than the upper lip, a fine nose, much less cheek fat (as in the robot photo) and no bony chin.
The Merksem explosion was funded by Ms Seymour
Ms Marleen Seymour was also allegedly involved in the attack on the parental home of drug criminal Omar Govers in Merksem, one of the ‘most wanted’ in Dubai. She allegedly targeted this family and did not know where they lived to target them.
She allegedly got on the trail of someone who was a friend of this family, allegedly called Mr Jeffrey Van Deuren, to whom she gave 25,000.00 Euros to get the exact address and house number. He did just that.
Specialists monitoring the route of payments have observed that a sum of €25,000.00 was deducted from an account at Crédit Lyonnais in Strasbourg in the name of Sophie Deschamps from Brest, who is one of the fake identities through which Ms Marleen Seymour had created that account on 11 September 2017.
Mr Jeffrey Van Deuren is also from Merksem, possibly a neighbour of Mr Omar Govers‘ parents. She possibly got on the trail of this neighbour through the Victor night shelter, if Mr Van Deuren also stayed there, or through other friends of a relative of Omar Govers.
The attack was carried out by someone else who could be the same youth who carried out the attack on jewellery shop on Keyserlei in Antwerp on Saturday, 8 June 2024.
Thus, hundreds of similar blasts in Antwerp in recent years can be re-examined with Ms Marleen Seymour as a new element, mostly shattering homes and shops belonging to Moroccans, such as the blast at Sterlingerstraat on 26 March 2021. Who was that meant for and what did those people do to her?
You would also have to show her picture to my mother to know if she ever saw her and where. Would she be the nurse who makes her take vitamin D? Did she ever get an anti-flu jab from this woman?
An investigation into Ms Marleen Seymour should also be opened in the Netherlands. I am thinking of Arnhem where possibly one of her loverboys lives.
Ms Marleen Seymour could also be the missing element in the whole 1990 fake visa affair and in the murder of Ms Denise Janssens, which could be an anti-Semitic killing.
During the same period of the 1990 judicial enquiry covering the months of July, August, September and October 1990, Ms Denise Janssens was also visited by a black woman from Ghana with whom she had a bad experience, which I do not remember in details.
I only remember that Ms Janssens had armed herself with two guard dogs in her practice and decided not to provide any more service to black women. “That Ghanaian who was here looks as black inside as outside”. That is what I remember in the context of the benelux visas and now I think it was not about a woman from Ghana, but possibly Marleen Seymour from Suriname.
I draw a parallel with the fact that early in my stay bi the Victor night shelter, Ms Marleen Seymour had led me to believe that she was from Kenya. She later admitted that she was from Suriname one evening when she told me that she hates Indians because they never really get angry but express their displeasure in a lilting voice and with a shaking head. “That’s a technique for staying Zen,” I explained to her. “Ooooh, I didn’t know that” she said. Because of her dealings with primates, she knows nothing about real people. This is precisely why she kills people.
If there is any mention of a black woman anywhere in that file, it is possible it was Marleen Seymour.
How about her expulsion from Belgium? That will calm things down here.
