His Excellency Joe Biden, the President of the United States, at the White House
In my letter to President Emmanuel Macron, I mentioned relying on fiscal law firm Afschrift Tax Firm for transferring and booking funds received for accounting and tax purposes. It was published on social media at 10:41 PM on 26 September 2023.
I was about to update my letter to you, with that information, when I saw the answer from Afschrift Law Firm basically saying they don’t want the business.
That is what makes working in Belgium not interesting at all. My feeling is that there is too much politics that accomodates the feelings of transgressors instead of removing them. It pushes aside more rational, non-violent and softer people. The more you are peaceful, warm and tolerant, the more you get crushed. You don’t rise unless you become very bad. That is why this country is no good.
Lawyer Typhanie Afschrift doesn’t see how she can be of any use at all and she requests not to be mentioned in correspondence to others.
In my correspondence I mentioned to first contact this law firm to work together. I will remove Afschrift Law Firm from the correspondence to the President of France as well as to the correspondence to the Emir of United Arab Emirates , as requested.
The last time I ever wrote to the embassy of the United Arab Emirates was on 28 April 2012, when I shared a visitors username and password to allow them to have a look at all the things I suggested in my letter to the President of France, yesterday. I sent one letter by email to the UAE embassy and I went to hand deliver a copy at rue des Colonies near Central Station in Brussels. I remember warning them about being located in that building of Foreign Affairs where they also deals with visas and passports in a way that favors the black market, when it comes to all non-European, especially the rich Arab nations. This is what one should expect in the country of the financiers of the Ku Klux Klan. That is also what my letter to the UAE ambassador was suggesting. There is no question of an MoU with their Financial services and market authorities when they concentrate so much wealth from human trafficking and drugs. If it was built from honest efforts, that is something else.
Given that this was the only people I shared access to websites of Anaccell.com and united-chambers.co.cc, I related the cyber hacking of my Google Apps on 10 May 2012 to the letter of 28 April 2012 for the UAE ambassador. I knew that either insiders to the embassy (like the security company) misused the information, or perhaps – as with attorney Afschrift – the UAE embassy email box was monitored and hacked in order to obtain interesting opportunities for their World Bank, or to extort money from the UAE through that method if they know in advance that there is an interest and that they are ready to spend.
I was wondering if the UAE was a personal property of somebody, just like the Congo was treated as a personal property of the same Belgian maffia that hacks our web accounts.
Back then, I advised the UAE embassy to move out from the building and to use their previous premises on avenuie Roosevelt.
Recently I advised the Ukrainian embassy to raise their vigilance regarding any Belgian staff in their mission, given that the war in Ukraine is the business of a Belgian mafia. They are specifically selected by the Foreign Affairs departments (there are more than one in this country.
Years later, I found the direct link between de Brabant killers and the embassies:
- the diplomatic pouch
- the Belgian staff that works there
Professor Dr Jan Wouters of KU Leuven university is the President of the Flemish Foreign Trade mission obviously to block international trade with Flanders which relies on an important port for the whole of West Europe, petrochemicals, diamonds, agricultural produce and cereals.
He is a hypocrite because, on the one hand, he promotes welfare networks at the United Nations level like with UNIDO, and on the other hand, as a bailiff, he beats working-class Belgian, European and migrant citizens with high fines they cannot pay, just to confiscate their assets. He even evicts them from their homes with fake court judgments. He happily flies to the US to wipe out an entire African-American family for owning a distribution chain, and the next day he flies back to Belgium.
I am still talking about the same man who wants to convince all nations to have a welfare network. That is why I think that if he is involved in Flemish foreign affairs, it is not to attract business, but to keep business out of the door for the Flemish, so that the demand for social assistance and social housing increases.
The ideal would be to have a Wouterse family member at every embassy everywhere for realising “global governance” objectives. As he is a professor, he has access to students to whom he promises the nicest jobs “for white people only”, such as a job in a foreign mission of the richest countries like the UAE.
Now we know that he is a Ku Klux Klanner and that he may be placing future Ku Klux Klanners in the embassies of the countries he is cross with, like all Islamic and African countries. He places his people so that he can abuse them afterwards to get a seal from the embassy for using their diplomatic pouch to ship fake passports, money, weapons and drugs around the world.
Well, there is no legal rule that says a foreign embassy in Belgium must necessarily have Belgian staff in the office, but it is a sign of trust when local people are recruited into a foreign diplomatic circle. There is no expectation of spying and sabotage, but I explained at the time to the UAE that they should expect just that and recommended replacing them all by another European nationality, should there be any agreement that says locals should be part of a foreign mission. That is what Professor Dr Jan Wouters is working very hard on as chairman of the Flemish Foreign Trade Mission
Attorney Typhanie Afschrift answered my email to say that I have mentioned this law firm to dignitaries. I mentioned the name of her law firm to His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
I used the email which was mentioned on their website, which I find more convenient for forwarding exisitng emails:
Immediately after that, on 27 September 2023 at 12:59:26 AM, I received a potential cyber threat from Isabella Willams misslolab@outlook.com sending a signed proposal (which I never sent to her), and asking how I want the payment.
She sent an attachment with an HTML file that I did not run, fearing a virus or a phishing attempt. I have already forwarded the file it to competent authorities.

I suspect the hacking is related to my use of the email address of Tax Attorney Typhanie Afschrift which is publically exposed and possibly monitored by a third party. The problem is much too serious than it appears, especially with regards to the fiscal law firm and the privacy of her clients.
I am passing the file to the Belgian police, to NATO Cyber Unit, and to Interpol Cybercrime unit because there is an international element to this dossier.
When I checked the email source, I found another e-mail address referring to Australia: just-breathe@outlook.com.au. I submitted this to Microsoft to check out if this outlook.com.au belongs to Microsoft and if the path refers to Australia. If so I am suspecting Atorney Inès Wouters being in Australia, perhaps on the run.
This element in the email source could be very interesting for terror related investigation, like the shooting in ChristChurch in New Zealand, near Australia, which was probably meant to topple the government of Her Excellency Jacinda Ardern. It would be interesting to check out how the emails just-breathe@outlook.com.au and misslolab@outlook.com have been used in the past. It might provide indications to serious events.
This whole case concerning the email of typhanie@afschrift.com must be considered as a crime case perhaps given the possible hacking.
The initials of Isabella Willams are the same like Inès Wouters, and may have been used as identifiers, on how to recognise that it is her by family members, and the rest of her gang I suppose. In my letter to the National Bank of Belgium, which I shared with Afschrift, I indicated that the Wouterse are spread around the world, because they flee a country as soon as they feel that they will be hunted for.
My recent letter to the European Court for Human Rights in which I listed all my suspicions against attorney Inès Wouters, namely that she or her family were coveting the cardiological pump which His Majesty King Hassan II invented, and which was copied at UCL Saint Luc university hospital in Brussels. I have also related the death of late King Hassan II with an intentional infection by Sars-Cov variant as well as an assassination at the hospital instructed “from above” at Ibn Sina hospital center in Rabat. I suspected a financial link between the two aforementioned hospitals, and Attorney Inès Wouters could be the fiscal lawyer of both hospitals using them for transfering funds from crime in Morocco (hashish, human trafficking, trafficking in women and child adoption) to Brussels .
An example of such crime is the prositution-slavery of young Moroccan women in the tourism sector of Morocco in which Attorney Inès Wouters owns a few hotels in Morocco.
This and Bakkerij Wouters a bakery concern in Antwerp which could be playing a role in the Ukranian cereals interest, and Tuinbouw Marc Pittoors in Lier where attoney Inès Wouters seems to be a shareholder; the Moroccan, the Spanish, the Mexican and American strawberry gate of Freshcampo, which is probably also used for whitewashing through tha various NH Hotels, makes that If this were your company and all this it would suddenly come to light, you too would pack up and flee oceans away.
That is why I would think she is in Australia, based on the e-mail just-breathe@outlook.com.au, but an IP lookup of number 40.92.46.14 has led to the determination that she is in Washington, in the United States. That is a threat to the President of the United States that must be neutralized immediately.
Something like this happened to me earlier, between 2012 and 2013, when I received a link to connect via Twoo to His Excellency Mohamed Brika, a Member of the Moroccan Parliament who met at the Youth for Human Rights conference of the United Nations in Brussels Twoo is a dating site headquartered in Gent. I searched it at that moment and this is why I will never forget that. The brand Twoo doesn’t exist anymore, but perhaps the dating activity continues.
I was puzzled at the time, but today I think I found how come I received this very bad surprise in my inbox. The explanation is that I was possibly given a fake email address for Mr Mohamed Brika by the management of the Youth for Human Rights conference staff. mbrika@hotmail.fr. The snapshots are in a older computer that I don’t have near me, but I found another proof that Twoo truly existed and it was encouraging the prostitution and the illegal migration of young Moroccan men who want to hook up with a woman in Europe.
The name of His Excellency Mohamed Brika is directly related to Attorney Inès Wouters who, in that period was often traveling to Morocco, and obviously meeting with lots of political leaders, human rights advocates and perhaps lawyers as well, not to help victims, but to do exactly like she does in Belgium, which is to obstruct investigations, to change the truth about individuals, to add compromising statements to someone’s files and to send fake letters and invoices.
As this comes directly after my visit to Afschrift Tax Lawyers in fall 2012, it could be related to Attorney Inès Wouters who left this law firm end of 2012, a few months after the hacking as well as the indicent with His Excellency Mohamed Brika, who just like Attorney Typhany Afschrift would have asked to remove his name and alleged promise to sponsor me.
I think that Luisella Sanna is the same person like Isabella Williams, and the same like Inès Wouters playing games. She may have created Mr Brika’s hotmail address.
