Filomenita’s husband could be the man who control-steered the wings of the Boeing 767 aircrafts to crash in the Twin Towers

Madam Filomenita Mongaya-Hoegsholm is a Danish- Filippino woman who often came to Brussels for meetings at European level concerning migrant women’s rights, refugees and asylum seekers. Her trips and accommodation were presumably sponsored by WIDE (Women in Development), by UN Women, Forum for Migration of the European Commission, and she used to be a board member of ENAR (European Network for Anti-Racism) because she has a migrant association in Copenhagen named Abakada. Abakada was financially supported by Wester Union, among others, if remittances is what this company truly transfers. Unless you have a privileged contact inside Western Union, there is no way you can have your project or event sponsored by this money transfer company, which deserves inspection.

She is also a journalist and she used to have a magazine called “Soldue”. I met Filomenita in Paris in 1995 at Black Women Europe Network, and I was accompanied by a lawyer from New York.

In that period, I knew nothing of the Wouters family or the Brabant killers, nor the fact that human trafficking with migrants was their core business since centuries, and that they helped in smuggling women and children by the NGO’s that they are supporting around the world through the World Bank, including in Europe, where it is called EBRD and it headquartered in London.

In 1995, the Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) was Mr Lee Jackson, the son of the Honorable Reverend Jesse Jackson of the Rainbow Coalition.

I used to see her once a year until 1998. In 1999, I moved to a new place where she re-emerged in 2004 when she contacted me that she was coming to Brussels and if it was possible to stay over for one night at my place to guarantee to start on time the next day at conference about women trafficking. She took me with her to the conference where I discovered human trafficking for the first time.

I didn’t relate her sudden re-emergence in my life with my neighbour, Mr Louis Marit, who said he was Danish. Neither did I suspect that his son Mr Pascal Marit was part of the Brabant killers.

All I knew was that the NGO’s and the non-profits are illegal company models that have very bad reputation, I was an observer of this fact in the field of migrant women, and I didn’t want to get involved in any. Now I realize that Abakada is just another Flora Vrouwenwerking and both organisations may have the same financiers in common, who are the Brabant killers

When it comes to activism and awareness of racist abuses, I was impressed by the views and observations of Madam Filomenita Mongaya-Hoegsholm, who has a geo-political insight in matters of migration with respect to North-South relations, which is hard to find. What she regrets she doesn’t have and she thought that I was better in is the financial and the technology side of geo-politics. When I asked her how she finances her organisation, her travels to conferences, she said that she phones up directly the United Nations or the European Commission. I was puzzled about how someone with little understanding of finance can hand in a business plan. It’s the contacts not the plan that counts in that environment. If you manage to find the phone number of anybody at the United Nations or the European Commission, let me know.

The only thing I have always been skeptical about when it comes to Filomenita is her husband, and I at least knew that she was receiving funds easily because of him. She is married to Danish, and at the same time she is critical of the West. She once said that her husband was a scientists who works at the European Space Agency, and I remembered that. it is possible that he saw me in Finland in June 2001, where I attended and IT summit, where I was the keynote speaker for ETIS (European Technology Industry Society) , where I presented the case of KPN-Orange.

I offered to let Filomenita sleep in my bedroom. I slept in my office to guard over the rest of my work.

The next day, I saw an envelope in her hand bag, while she was finishing dressing up in the morning, which she quickly covered with a scarf. The envelope was in my wardrobe, tucked under the linnen.

I recognized it because the envelope was worn out at the corners. Why would she be traveling with old worn out envelope? When you think you have a friend in your house, it is very difficult to accuse a friend of theft. The only thing I decided is to never invite her again, because what she was doing is worse than racism, as this concerns the future of my country, and that possibly served to help the career of her husband. That is how I know certain Belgian men who are racist would use a foreign wife and women organisations. It is to spy and betray her compatriots and her foreign friends. I thought he was Danish and that reduced my level of alert.

That is how he help his career and income, not Filomenta’s. That is how he wants to be called a scientist and be believed, with slavery of his wife and me.

I think iher last visit was in 2009 or in 2011. That year she gave me a book which is a register of profiles of Filippine women in Denmark and their migration story, entitled “IN DE OLDE WORLDE: Views of Filipino Migrants in Europe”.

A Moroccan intellectual, named Hisham Al Haddouti with links with BMW, presented a siimilar book at a conference about Moroccan Competeneces. Its was all in an effort to copy the Center for Excellence in Diversity Competence and Globalisation that I was trying to get . I wasn’t receiving any funds. He did and Filomenita also from UNESCO. They have an easy time finding money.

She also told me about a little house they bought near the coast of Denmark that they always dreamt of having. The question is “how long did it take to pay off that house near the water?”

The assets of the entire Mongaya-Högsholm family needs to be verified as well as the link with Mr Louis Marit, who might have been murdered to keep quiet about this unsuspected burglar form whom I opened the door, as well as the link with Belgium as a whole, given that this country is a platform for human trafficking and the Filippines is a country from which many women ended up the sex trade without anyone being able to find where the responsible people are.

The other aspect that the police should verify is that Mr Högsholm could be a fake Danish identity, and that he is possibly a Belgian born with a different name, with links with the Brabant killers. He could be part of the Wouters family, he could be a brother of one of the Brabant killers. who is on the run and who remained untraceable for so far.

I do not have the impression that Filomenita has ever met his family. She met him in Washington if I remember her story, when she was a student in the USA. She attended school at Syracuse University in New York, and perhaps – as she is very bright – she was followed from that point onward and led by others to meet him, which felt like fate to her, but chances are that it was human trafficking . If this is the case, then it is proper to a Belgian genetic mafia.

Filomenita was a great beauty when she was young, and I’am always curious to see what attracted her about a European man, when the Filipino men are awesomely beautiful. Filomenita never mentioned the first name to me of her husband or showed any pictures of him, but she showed me pictures of her lovely daughters and grandchild.

She also never invited me to Denmark, and that is more a decision I feel comes from her husband, who seems to fend off intruders. Filomenita never got over the racist feelings her husband somehow harbours against other migrant groups, like the Muslims especially the Turkish and the Pakistani who seem to stand in his way in Denmark. When she said that in his spare time he does bird watching, I had a second look at her. “How exciting”, I said.

She is potentially married to an assassin who feeds himself with human blood, which is common in Belgium and a member of the Ku Klux Klan. This is why North Africans are reluctant to marry Europeans only with the approval of the Court of Justice in the country of origin. There was a war of independence after which this law was introduced. We don’t want another war of independence again.

I remember Filomenita inquiring why Muslim women are generally not allowed to date a European. She will discover it now.

She traveled at least twice to Morocco, to Marrakesh and Fez. She traveled alone as her husband is unwilling to put a foot in this country. Perhaps he could be a Wouters who have an egg to peel with Morocco and only God knows why.

in my letter to the European Court of Human Rights the racketeering against the Moroccans in Belgium and in my letter to the Euopean Commission about the Red Cross, I am discussing the 9/11 attacks of 2001 against the World Trade Center in New York where the whole gang of Brabant killers was allegedly present and took pictures and videos while both the attacks were ongoing, having fun, a good laugh and playing music as if it were something majestic going on.

In that part, I question who would be the person who guided remotely the Boeing 767 aircrafts with so much precision to target a very narrow skyscraper tower without hitting the one next to it, that I cannot attribute to fairly educated Muslims who had no clue about aircrafts, and who possibly only wanted a job. They were trained in the months before the attacks.

However, that precision can be attributed to a scientist like Filomenita’s husband could be the man who piloted the wings of the Boeing 767 aircrafts to crash in the Twin Towers. He is experienced in piloting rockets obviously, which was his job at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands, where Filomenita briefly lived in the beginning of her marriage. If so, he would have indicated to the rest of the gang at what time and from which direction the attacks will happen, so that they can film the event and spread the tape to the various news channels in which they own shares, so as to broadcast “on instruction from above”.

Police could possibly find steering models at the house of Mr Hogsholm that contain information about how to target the Twin Towers. For the coordinated attacks to be with such a high precision Mr Hogsholm together with the gang and perhaps staff of companies like ASCO or ESA suppliers must have trained themselves in doing the operation hundreds of times before going live with real aircrafts filled with people.

The involvement of ASCO can be confirmed by secret accounts created by His Excellency Francis Vermeiren, who sits at the Board of ASCO Technologies. His secret accounts show financial operations in Denver where there happens to be a Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum. He has two secret accounts in Denver and one in New York all with the Bank of New York Mellon, with fake American identities.

Given that airplanes are steered by the wings, this confirms an implication of a remote pilot who must have spoken with the terrorists in the aircraft on where to push or pull and when to do so.

What I imagine was needed is an aeroespacial reference or an antenna from which signals are sent from the Twin Towers to the aircraft that Mr Hogsholm knew about to lead the aircrafts to his target.

Could it be that the Twin Towers were functioning as part of the airport control tower? Were they equipped with a police helipad? Is it possible that someone working for the New York Police Department, in the helicopter section who may have supplied clues of antennas or signals perhaps without knowing what the consequences were going to be, or perhaps the person was aware of the plan and was paid extraordinary phenomenal amounts of money to keep it quiet?

Just like in colonisation, there must always be some complicity from inside the country, and thus from inside New York.

That complicity likely consists of someone who receives a very large sum of money with a fake identity, in a foreign country. The large sum may have been sliced in smaller packs.

The second most solicited bank in the world on 9/11,2001 was the Ahli Bank in Muscat, in Oman.

One way for proceeding to verifications is to verify which telecom operator the air traffic control towers were using for exchanging call data records bewteen the towers and between aerospacial devices like the airplanes and the helicopters, and request an analysis of the data exchanged on 11 September 2001. They can see if there was data exchanged from outside New York (for example from Denver), or from outside the USA, such as a space related R&D center.

The telecom operators, the FBI, the CIA, the airport and the air traffic control towers should also look for call data records related to the Red Cross as they use similar technology for their ambulances, airplanes and helicopters, and if their frequency was busy on that day.

Why are the amounts of funds in secret accounts the hightest in New York?

The amounts concern funds from crime, like drugs, embezzled funds from the World Bank, United Nations, banks (like Lehman Brothers Bank) from agriculture and from human trafficking, to name a few crimes produced in the USA. They transfer money from a foreign country to Belgium eventually through large infrastructure construction business and building constructions. For that kind of amounts at the Bank of New York Mellon, they needed very high towers. In the absence of projects, they just destroy one and then they bribe their way to gettign a deal. The Brabant killers are owners or shareholders of construction companies.

Where do they find the money for awarding expensive houses like in the case of Madam Filomenita Mongaya-Hoegsholm, who during a visit at my house in 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2009 took out an envelope with the authentic drafts of innovations like Digital Unity, the enterprise lab, and CENEBP platform for helping SMEs to survive globalisation, which were stamped by Sabam, the Belgian author’s rights authority who either refused to supply me with copies or perhaps the archives disappeared there as well.

Just like Professor Dr Jan Wouters tries to get his prosperity networks project moving at UNIDO, I also found incubator networks all over Europe at the European Space Agency. An incubator is not supposed to be a black hole, but a profit-making unit. Non-profit incubators should be forbidden everywhere and should not replace the existing legal frame work for cooperatives I just hope that the game they play doesn’t cost much to the governments.

There is an explanation for the arrogance of this criminal gang. His name is Baron Guy de Wouters d’Oplinter

Both 2001 and 2008 are key dates when global financial meltdowns occurred, wiping out the human rights of millions of people around the world. There were the attacks of 11 September 2001 in New York. The Lehman Brothers Bank was located in one of the Twin Towers. A few years earlier the Lehman Brothers Bank awarded a loan to European Hotel Ventures Belgium, which is now the NH Hotel Group.

There was the subprime mortgage crisis with the collapse of Lehman Brothers, and there was the collapse of Société Générale in France allegedly as a result of fraudulent manipulations by a trader called Jérôme Kerviel.

In all these circumstances, the Brabant killers are lurking in the background. They are currently hiding €1,357,236,917.45 at Société Générale in several countries, and it seems that between 2001 and 2009 they got richer.

Note that Baron Guy de Wouters van Oplinter was a member of the Board at Lehman Brothers Bank in London. His father was Charles de Wouters d’Oplinter. He is a Belgian and he was the founder of Société Générale in Rabat. As Société Générale is a French bank, the whole of Morocco thought that we were colonised by the French. Nobody had ever heard of Belgium until migrants made a stop in a country where jobs were available and discovered Belgium, in the 1960ies.

The question I’m asking myself is whether this bank in Rabat is a legitimate branch, or a false branch like many foreign banks in Belgium (including the Deutsche Bank and the World Bank), because these are gangsters who fled the Congo Free State to enrich themselves with slavery in those countries so that they could be barons in Europe to abuse their power to run rackets with impunity, just as their children and great-children are doing with immigrants today. The children changed their name to Wouters, perhaps in an effort to avoid that they repay for the damages caused by their ancestors.

That is what marrying into the Brabant killers and their folks is like. Filomenita Mongaya was perhaps a very lucky victim. I think she was a chocolate bonbon for him.
