His Excellency Joweri Museveni, the President of Uganda, Office, of the President of the Republic of Uganda, 8H8P+6PM, Apollo Kaggwa Rd, Kampala
This is an excerpt from a letter published on 13 February 2019 on AllahGhaleb, a site suspended by hackers by a hostile European species with which there is no coexistence or progress.
In the previous version, I indicated two criminals:
- Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, born Philippe François Leemans on 14 August 1954 in Antwerp, residing at 12/b Rue du Gui Lot Cofica, Casablanca, Morocco;
- Mr George De Kock, of whom I have no details, but I do have a photo.
A re-evaluation of this story of extreme hatred, in which at least two people were killed whose remains were thrown to wild animals, has led to the conclusion that Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon was accompanied by the husband of a lady called Catherine who lives in Schoten, and not by Mr George De Kock as previously indicated.
The new perspectives that led to the new conclusion are :
- the Van Lanschot Bankiers, based at Desguinlei 50, 2018 Antwerp, leads us to assume that during the 1997 trip to Congo-Brazzaville, which Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon made as part of Kroon Diamonds to carry out a diamond robbery there with extreme violence;
- a trip to Burkina Faso in September 2021 during which an explosion occurred on 29 September 2021 at Mentao in Burkina Faso in which 5 members of the army had died, after which Ms Catherine’s husband from Schoten returned to Belgium immediately the following day;
- other illegal deliveries of rough diamonds in Antwerp involving a death such as an undocumented diamond cutter from India who was poisoned.
In the statutes of Van Lanschot Bankers, I found a profile corresponding to Ms Catherine’s husband’s frequent trips to Africa (including a recent trip to Senegal). It concerns the name of Ms Catherine Delanghe, who according to that statute of the bank would be living at Rue des Croix de Feu in 1473 Glabbais.
We are still looking for the husband’s name, but we know for sure that he travels several times a month to Africa in areas known to be very dangerous, that he is in the gold and diamond trade, that he does not have his own business, but that he works as a consultant, probably for the Van Lanschot Bankiers, whose headquarters are in the Netherlands. We also know that he lives in Schoten, north of Antwerp.
You will find the details of this trip he did together with Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon below in this letter, in which I have retained the name of Mr George De Kock in the absence of the exact name of the husband. Mr De Kock could be the boss of the wanted person and should be considered the sponsor of that trip in any case.
Many Congolese believe that Belgium was hateful and contemptuous towards Congo more than 100, or at least 60, years ago, but no longer. The United Nations and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation wanted to prevent a repeat of the Holocaust. Yet it has since repeated the extermination of millions around the world, and perhaps at the hands of the same criminals behind the bomb blast in Burkina Faso, the poisoning of the Indian diamond cutter, and perhaps the many wars around the world. They could be descendants of the NAZIs who were not soldiers of the German government
The NAZI was an illegal guerrilla group, just like the Interahamwe in Congo or Al Qaeda, Islamic State in the Arab countries, and Al Shabaab in Somalia who, despite not belonging to any government and having no businesses and banks, manage to equip themselves with state-of-the-art machine guns, new cars, a flawless telecommunications system, they are well-dressed and well-fed and have cash reserves.
While we are baffled by their violence, while their demands are not so obvious, it was simply a matter of studying how they finance their daily livelihood over long years of struggle to dismantle their organisation. Frankly, I thought international organisations did this at the big summits until I started doing it myself in 2011, just to prove that the Islamic State is not supported by any Arab country and any Islamic country and Saudi Arabia in particular to destroy innocent people. I kept doing it until I managed to identify those responsible. I was not surprised to discover that they were Belgians, considering a small group of people in this country who enrich themselves that way. I am talking about the gang of Brabant Killers
Allow me, Excellency Ms Annelies Verlinden, to share with you my recent report on Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon’s international ramifications that were probably built up with everyone’s pensions and savings.
Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon is a key figure whom I have only seen once and whom I loathe so much that I never want to see him again. It was through analysing his companies and asking questions of others in his own gang that I began to form a picture of what kind of monster he is:
In April 1997, M Lucien Leuwenkroon and M. George De Kock were in Congo-Brazzaville. They were there for a so-called diamond trade. That is, “stealing diamonds”. It involved €40 million worth of rough diamonds.
The two first brought the diamonds to Uganda by car. There were two poor Ugandan brothers with them, who probably worked in the mines in nearby Kivu. The two Belgians had attracted the attention of the two poor Ugandan brothers, perhaps with the typical promises of human traffickers, who have a habit of luring almost everyone towards them with cash and nice words about a better life in Europe. It is this manipulation that is at the root of all this global migration we know today, and climate change (due to forest fires, of course) and the spread of HIV.
The two Ugandan boys followed and showed Mr De Kock and Mr Leuwenkroon the way to Uganda. The Ugandans were two brothers called Mutombo. They were 25 years old and twins. They were supposed to be the miners who brought the diamonds to Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon. They had to quit their jobs and leave Congo after it was discovered that the diamonds had disappeared from the mine.
Once in Uganda, however, M Leuwenkroon and M. De Kock hired two Ugandan assassins to eliminate the twins for a lot of money.
This is where the sick mind comes in:
First, they asked the youths to look for some diamonds, took them and gave them pocket money. Then they think the two Ugandans are not trustworthy. Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon and his Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca is trustworthy, right? First they are asked to commit a crime, and then they want the Mutombo brothers killed because they knew too much, like the simple fact that they handed over the rough diamonds to the two Belgian men. “What if one day they talk?”
The two Ugandan killers began beheading the Mutombo brothers with machetes, while Messrs Lucien Leuwenkroon and George De Kock made sure the two killers did their job. The rest of the bodies were dismembered and put in plastic bags. They carried the remains to a river where the two killers emptied the bags so the crocodiles could eat everything until there was no more trace of the Mutombo brothers.
Messrs Leuwenkroon and De Kock wanted to make sure this problem was solved before they left Uganda. From Uganda, they traveled to Rotterdam where they waited for their diamonds to arrive.
In my letter to His Excellency President Trump about the real estate giant Crown Enterprises, I pointed out that polished diamonds in the form of jewellery are probably exported mainly to the United States, and these two get very rich that way. I would be embarrassed to wear that jewellery, just like wearing a fur coat.
However, a witness saw how Leuwenkroon and Mr George De Kock along with the two Ugandans threw the bodies in front of the wild animals. This matches my mathematical calculation to overpower two miners. It takes four of us to overpower them, not two. Anyway, it was through this witness that part of the story came to us.
To get the full story, I recommend locating and arresting the two executioners who murdered their own countrymen. They can be found on the basis of financial information about people whose assets increased dramatically with no clear explanation for this increase, during the period when Messrs Lucien Leuwenkroon and George De Kock went to Congo and Uganda. That was in April 1997
It is also possible that the two butchers have continued to do this kind of work in this region, perhaps for the same sponsors, and that communication still exists between them simply because Lucien Leuwenkroon is a pathological paranoid. If he already thinks this way about the two Ugandan twins, what won’t he think about the two butchers? “What if one day they start talking?” That’s it. His software will never change. People who once knew him in Belgium, Northern Ireland and Morocco have said he has an uncontrolled imagination, especially when he fears for his life. His life alone is the only thing that matters to him.
Therefore, it is also possible that the two executioners were monitoring the victims’ families to block their court cases, just as they used all of Belgium to monitor my existence and my journey, which was blocked for a piece of farmland stolen from my maternal grandfather.
For your information, I have just denounced this heinous theft with extremely disturbing violence at the International Criminal Court and demanded the death penalty from the perpetrators of similar atrocities with crocodiles, but no court supports such rulings.
In this case, instead of relying on Justice, I think it also works out by not supporting the banks where perpetrators hide the proceeds of criminal cases with murders. No justice can blame me for saying to these people “no I don’t want your money in my bank. You can put your money in the mattress.
We have to go much further than that: these people are not allowed to find anything to eat, not a roof to shelter under, not a penny to buy bread. If they have a health problem, they are not allowed to be treated, because if you are sick, they pay everyone not to treat you, to treat you badly, or to give you another illness. That happened to me. When they behead people, they rape people, they torture people and they throw them to the crocodiles and this is out of sadism, we have to make them feel what it is. Otherwise, they will never understand.
Are they people to treat them as people? I really don’t know, but they are different from the rest of humanity and HIV-AIDS research has advanced to the point where they have identified natural carriers of HIV in whom the virus is innate and for whom drugs are being developed to make them less lethal to other people.
Physically they are distinguishable, but they are even quicker to spot by their mentality. They permanently punish everyone, even people they do not know and also innocent children, with paedophilia for example.
For instance, there is a report to the Thailand police about Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon who had bought 3 young boys to sexually abuse them. The three have since become men, but with weak health due to HIV-Aids and as a result of being abused by this tourist when they were children.
So injustices happen all the time that will go unpunished. They do not hesitate to be judge and jury, while we hesitate to punish them for the vile atrocities they commit on our peoples, and we have to pretend that nothing has happened?
Things will change if we change. We need to let it be known when we disagree about how someone is being treated.
In my communication to the President of Congo, His Excellency Felix Tshisekedi, I urged that change of attitude.
For instance, there would be no more talk of coming to build in Congo or all over Africa, because there are construction companies who participate in building with much hatred in their hearts against that people. An Enemy will come to build the same as in Turkey, in Gaziantep and Antakya, it is not to live in it but to be buried in it that they will build the houses. Suddenly your country has 50,000 fewer inhabitants. Those responsible made their money and left.
Do you really think they want to see the Congolese living in skyscrapers with lifts, with lights and running water everywhere? This is the awareness I want the whole of Africa to develop, that there are bad people who never want to see this in Congo. This is why those people come and steal all the diamonds instead of trading them normally, with a supplier contract from the mining company.
We do not wish it to come to that. That is why you will have to take strict action so that the most terrible crimes of this caliber committed abroad can be tried here in this peaceful country. If you don’t, those same people could do the same here, because they spare no one. This is due to a pathology, whatever the origin, colour or religion of the victim is.
In the letter to the International Criminal Court dated 24 March 2023, I tried to outline the mental illness based on the struggle over a farmland in Kenitra that has nothing to do with Belgium, which had been assigned on a lease to my maternal grandfather and which used to belong to a Jewish family from the Netherlands that was completely exterminated in 1943. Here in Belgium, my family and I are attacked in all sorts of ways by people who want to seize an agricultural land on which Belgium has no right or authority. There are better ways to get farmland in Morocco. I will soon file a complaint with the Belgian Court of Justice.
