I am very sorry to hear about the Qatar gate in the European Parliament in which cash money in a suitcases are involved. We hear about who would have received one suitcase , but they never said in the news a anything about who brought them. Hopefully they won’t forget to investigate this.
It is with honor that I share with you my letter for the President of the Brussels Bar of January 27, 2023 and for the Honorable Mr Karim A.A. Khan, the Chief Prosecutor the International Criminal Court of 10 February 2023 on the question whether Attorney Ines Wouters is a shareholder of Woonhaven (a social housing company)? She owns real estate in Morocco, including riads (old houses for big families) which she uses as a guest house, and one wonders how she identifies opportunities to become a real estate owner in all the countries of origin of the migrants in her country.
I suspect lawyer Ines Wouters is a shareholder of Woonhaven in Antwerp and has links with the construction companies that monopolise social housing. For instance, she is probably involved in the demolition of the caretaker’s house of Deldo Autobanden (Car Tyres), which my parents occupied for more than 25 years until they were accused of slumming the house by an outside party in which Flora Vrouwenwerking may have contributed to my parents’ eviction.
Lawyer Inès Wouters seems to have a very large part of her family in architectural heritage protection and urban planning. There are far too many of them to list. I am sending the same information to all Arab and African countries recommending that anyone by the name Wouters or an inflection of that name be removed from our territory from today and banned for good.
We do not have time to review and select individual profiles, but for centuries the Wouters have been an extraordinarily terrible family that collectively attacks other populations. The current sex slavery in the riads which Attorney Inès Wouters owns in Morocco is an example, as well as in the hotels of the NH Hotel Group. The mass housing of migrants in social habitat in Belgium is another example that I am exposing in this letter.
The Wouters are not allowed to do any activity in our countries or they will just be shot by the forces of law and order. If we don’t do it that way, we just won’t have a country anymore. It is also for all these pressing reasons that I have reported this family to the International Criminal Court to help us end and prevent the attacks on our peoples that they are carrying out in multiple ways, through healthcare, education, justice, the welfare system, the social housing, the social system as a whole, to name a few, especially in Belgium where the stacks are geared up against migrant people in general. Until now we didn’t know why, and this letter attempts to describe what the exact reason might be for causing this population group to fall behind in their human development.
We are working on a list with even more names of such families that we have been keeping an eye on for a long time, and who will simply be chased out if necessary with heavy artillery if they dare to present themselves anywhere. Wherever they are, they should pack up and leave today before they become victims of popular revenge, including in Belgium. That list will be communicated to all ports of arrival from abroad to push back at the border these families whatever they promise to want to do in your country. They should no longer be listened to, if you want the world to change.
Since February 21, 2023, the heating no longer works in one of the largest social housing complexes of Woonhaven in Antwerp, located in Twee Netenstraat, covering almost the full street. At least 1,000 people are currently living in freezing conditions and fear an outbreak of covid or worse.
If you don’t speak up, you will die unheard (African Proverb)
As I mentioned in my letter, nobody dares to complain. All the residents are silent for fear of being evicted from their homes. This is why I said “no” to their offer of housing. They were angry, with no end, because they went out of their way to find a roof for me. I would pay 310 euro of rent per month. I would now be freezing to dealth if I said “yes”.
Woonhaven is the business of the enemy, who hates all Muslims and me. You cannot escape the enemy after you enter his pitch. You must defend your interests and your people at the beginning. This is how one should deal with the enemy, because the enemy will still be the enemy many years later. Never think for one second that he or she will become your friend… later.
This week, I went to the neighborhood of Twee Neten Street and I discreetly recorded the conversation with some inhabitants. The quality of the recording is poor, but if you listen carefully, you will understand how people live in this difficult situation. One elderly lady decided to stay in bed all day until the weather is better. Tonight it will be freezing and snow is expected across the country.
Woonhaven is a social housing company in Antwerp involving a neo-colonial mafia that wants to get its hands on the houses and land of migrants in their countries. offering social housing just to get the details of their properties. Migrants have to list them in order to get social housing (see illustration below).
This could explain how they get property in all the countries where the migrants come from. Attorney Inès Wouters and her gang of Brabant Killers are weakening this social group with all kinds of lawsuits in which this poor group has to pay lawyers to defend them. They may pay 310 Euros in rent, but they are in an environment where crime is very high, and where their integrity is constantly challenged and questioned because they are immigrants. They are despised by the arrogant and conceited type like Attorney Inès Wouters. This leads to legal problems that would not exist in a healthier environment, I mean in another country.
Attorney Inès Wouters relies on corruption of senior figures in politics, banks and the military in the home countries who help her to disadvantage much further the poor who have been already harmed so badly. Her intention is to eventually take away their properties.
One example is Colonel Sellam Sadki who helped her buy parts of a former tobacco field from Dutch cigarette manufacturers Joseph and Samuel van Collem, whose families were decimated in concentration camps during World War II.
Once migrants settle in their social homes, their countries as a whole are strangely attacked by natural disasters and armed conflicts. Attorney Inès Wouters, her family and her gang of Brabant killers choose countries with sunshine, gold, diamonds, oil, etc, as if there is something wrong with her own country.
The mafia uses fake Western identities so that no trail leads to Belgium. They pose as hotel developers who want to boost the economy through tourism. They strangely enough are more interested in someone else’s economy, not Belgium’s. That they first keep their hands off social funds if they want to stimulate any economy. Hence, they build all these big and lavish hotels with social funds (from Belgium and the EU) and with humanitarian aid.
Thus, the circle is completed and I wanted to inform you with this letter whether Woonhaven (a social housing company) indeed has something to do with those wonderful hotels in countries like Morocco, causing the earnings from tourism to flee entirely abroad to the hotel owners, and thus causing poverty for our people.
So I addressed the French letter to the Brussels Bar Association where Attorney Inès Wouters is a member, to denounce her practice, with the intention of having her removed from her position as a lawyer, and thus having her fired, again and again and again everywhere. Until there is nothing left of her.
It is to make her feel what it is like to be hated and robbed, just as she does with imposing racism on everyone. I want her to be treated that way too, exactly the same way she treated foreign women in her international prostitution network to make her understand what she is doing to others with that human trafficking.
I would like to open a hunt for her to stop the games she is playing with entire governments, like what is happening now in the European Parliament with the Qatar Gate. She does everything to give countries like Morocco and Qatar a bad name, and this rather through the courts of Justice, causing people to lose their jobs and to be publically disgraced with house searches, arrests and detention, simply because they are present in Belgium. It is what I said earlier when I spoke about the unhealthy environment here. I obviously recognised immediately her way of doing things, and nobody knows what Morocco and Qatar have done wrong to her.
I am not concerned with giving someone or some people a bad name because my religion does not allow mental or spiritual energy to be invested in this direction. That is our tradition. However, I cannot help Belgium get a good name, with all the very bad things I have experienced here. My story is not a nice one and telling the truth about myself is how far I am willing to go. In our culture, we don’t prepare traps to lure people into smear campaigns, but Attorney Inès Wouters does nothing else. She first carries out the crime, and then she puts it in the shoes of her victim. What kind of culture is that? Or is that her religion?
Our tradition is to save face. She comes from the Nazi tradition where they make people lose face even if they are innocent. She should not come to our countries or interact with our people if this is her mindset, if this is the culture she is bringing to my country, because that is how I select who I want to work with. I look at the culture the person is bringing, and that is the richness of an enterprise. She should not step on our soil with all the hatred that she brings, or she risks execution right there at the airport. I learned from other members of the Brabant killers gang that she always carries firearms with her. I don’t know what the code of ethics for lawyers says about carrying weapons, but I will have it checked by the Bar Association where she is affiliated.
This is how you deal with people who are at war with your country and your people. This is how far a country like Morocco and Qatar will have to go if we want to build our countries’ economies peacefully. I recommend acting in this way with the Wouters because “if you don’t do it this way, your country will no longer be a Muslim country, but will become an Islamic State” , because that is how they get fuel for free for the heating of their social housing sector, as well the numerous Co-Owners’ Associations (VME) which has links with the Red Cross.
This is how the people to keep out look like, no matter what name they use:
In my letter to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, I included the same message to all Arab countries as further above, namely that I strongly recommend that anyone by the name “Wouters”, “Wouterse”, “de Wouters”, and other variants, be banned. They were a prominent criminal family who collaborated with the so-called “Germans” who led entire Jewish families into the gas chambers and the ovens, and they made money by selling the property of the exterminated people. Historians mention houses in and around Pelican Street in Antwerp. It follows exactly the same model of stealing the properties of residents of Woonhaven social housing, who have to declare which and where their properties are outside Belgium.
That is how this family has been making money for hundreds of years, to the point that they have their own banks that operate in this way, in which it has relatives holding very high positions. In my letter to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, I mentioned Deutsche Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers. If this family falls, the whole bank will fall with them. They must fall, because there is a DNA factor that makes their next generations likely to repeat this criminal pattern for getting rich. The evidence is that an education in law and tax did not help make Ines Wouters an honest and righteous person, leave alone a lawyer. It only made her worse than Hitler.
Today, she funds Islamic State and al-Qaeda and instructs them to rape and mutilate women in Syria, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Chad, Mali, Senegal, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Congo, Bosnia and Ukraine, not to mention the brutal trafficking of women that she leads and she hopes she will still be respected as a lawyer.
Let her first declare the real estate she has abroad, then we will discover how she does it all. Moreover, it is thanks to this real estate that she manages to organise attacks very quickly as soon as the government of a country makes a decision she does not like. Sometimes this happens within hours or less. She may have people acting locally for her, who live in the homes that she owns under a fake identity. The same real estate is probably also linked to prostitution in that country.
The secret bank accounts she and her gang of Brabant Killers have correspond with foreign countries where they acquired real estate which possibly used to be the property of immigrants in West Europe who honestly declared what they own in their countries of origin to fulfill the requirements for being awarded social housing for a small amount of rent.
What I mean is that to open a bank account, one must be a local resident in the country where the bank is based. The fake identities they use should match an existing physical local address, which must be a house.
The previous owners of that house were most probably locals who migrated to the West, and who never returned, like those drowned in the Mediterranean while trying to reach European soil. The smugglers tell the migrants to hand over the papers of a piece of land if they cannot pay for the ferry trip with money. At the Belgian Red Cross asylum centre in Tournai, I met a woman from the Central African Republic who had arrived in Belgium pregnant, possibly as a result of a rape somewhere on her way to Europe. She had given birth to her baby during my stay at that camp. The trip was completely free for her.
Those drownings may not be mere accidents but calculated killings carried out by the smugglers themselves at the behest of their bosses and perhaps mainly on the basis of property documents.
Besides, smugglers are never among the victims, nor are banknotes ever washed ashore with the bodies after a shipwreck, are they? Compared to those who pay the trip with property papers, those who pay cash are more likely to stay alive out of interest from the ultimate bosses in the property, like Attorney Inès Wouters. The smugglers must ensure that the property papers and cash arrive where they need to be or their wives and children will be killed. That is what you get when you enter the business of the enemy.
Since most clandestine migrants are undocumented, the mafia that obtains the property papers will tell anything to the government of the city where the migrant comes from, such as “we bought the papers from a notary” (who in reality may not exist at all). They certainly won’t say that the owner is dead, because then they would look like they know too much, or like the assassins themselves.
In my letter to the ICC, I mentioned the example of secret accounts in Ukraine where the address of the bank account holder must correspond to a property such as a house. I am urging the ICC to request the addresses from the banks in Ukraine and Russia. In times of peace, those addresses could be used to host transmigrants, (such as two premises owned by Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon in Tournai used exclusively for this purpose) since Ukraine is on the Balkan path for many refugees from Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Tibet, Myanmar, etc.
Those addresses corresponding to a secret account also concern the housing of human trafficking victims such as women and children from Ukraine. An example of someone who probably lived in one of those Belgian mafia premises in Ukraine, is Ms Farzaneh Burouni, an Iranian national, who lived in Kiev for about 10 years, and who fled to Belgium in May 2019, instead of going home to Iran. Why is she coming to Belgium? It makes her asylum application extraordinarily complex because she has to explain both why she fled from a country that is not hers and why she is not going back to Iran. She comes to Belgium possibly because she was working in Ukraine for the Belgian mafia, and also she is convinced that she will be defended by an ultra tough lawyer like Attorney Ines Wouters, who will ensure that she is quickly granted asylum status, then a normal status and even the Belgian citizenship.
In times of war, those properties at those addresses corresponding to secret accounts could serve as hiding places for weapons and for housing the volunteer fighters. Hence the need to dismantle this practical establishment as soon as possible for this special Russian enemy in Ukraine. What needs to happen is for the banks to declare the relevant addresses of these bank account holders (to the court) and for those houses to be razed to the ground. That way, they will no longer have an address. The banks concerned were unwilling to provide the data to me because of the law protecting private life.
They have many more secret accounts in Russia, for which the Russian State will have to do the same to stop the war from spreading towards Russia.
Qatar also better hunt for these addresses on your territory and neutralise the enemy ahead in time.

Residents of the Twee Neten social housing complex do not know what the exact problem is. It could be the boiler or it could be the fuel that is running low. According to one resident, the problem might not even be with the boiler, but with the heating which is said to be faulty in a flat that is always locked, where they cannot enter.
So the manager would not have a spare key either. I nodded friendly but I was not convinced that this would be a reason to leave some 300 families out in the cold.
NOW I’M EVEN MORE CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT’S IN THAT FLAT, AND HOW THEY CAN USE SOCIAL HOUSING DIFFERENTLY
The solution to this crisis affecting people’s lives in certain Belgian social housing societies is to reduce the number of people dependent on social support in general, and reduce the number of occupants of social housing so that a smaller number of flats have to be heated and managed efficiently. It is the number of poor people that needs to be reviewed, as exact figures do not exist.
As for fuel or gas, this problem is likely to recur in the coming years. Rationing the number of social housing units and fuel is the immediate path to be taken, as well as a (financial) restructuring of the entire social housing sector.
I leave it to you, Your Highness Tameem Al Thani, to decide how you can help in this crisis to stop the deterioration of many families, with my deepest thanks.
However, may I request to fund he Magrexit rather than to finance a supply of fuel or gas for supporting the Belgian social housing sector? We need large airplanes, ships, moving companies, etc., and we need to build new cities in our home countries at the same speed like for the Cup 22 in Qatar.
