Can I request the royal pardon of His Gracious Majesty King Philippe of Belgium on the occasion of Belgium’s National Day on July 21, 2022?

In 1998, I was sentenced on appeal for serious acts against the integrity of the Belgian State that I did not commit. It concerns the falsification of identity documents and Benelux visas. I was convicted while no one from the criminal network behind the scam was caught, as they took large sums of money from illegal migrant workers from Morocco who sought to regularize themselves in your country. Criminal court and defense attorneys admitted they could not be found. I have always wondered why I was tried and sentenced in a case of which the investigation is incomplete.

I never thought I would encounter such injustice in a democracy like Belgium where the rule of law is supposed to take precedence. I feel like I’ve experienced the opposite. All basic human rights have been violated in this country as far as I am concerned. That is why I wish to draw your attention to my case.

The criminal investigation file being very vast even for the magistrates seen from the international scope involving several countries including Morocco, I have centralized the documentation in an online sheet that you will find when you have scanned the code below, please Your Majesty the King of the Belgians.

Life has not been easy with a criminal record and no lawyer has gone far enough to explain to me why the Criminal Court insisted on keeping me in this crime file which is strange to me in all aspects, why don’t they leave me alone. Many questions remained unanswered, to the point that I began to seek the answers silently and on my own using racism as a guide.

I am the only one who can do it, because the police, the magistrates and the lawyers are not exposed to any racism to follow that as a guide. They are unable to detect this type of danger which is genetic unless it occurs on a very large scale. This has happened before and the Belgian legal system has not evolved at all to prevent it from happening again.

I provide the results of my research to support my request for a royal pardon. You will find in the online document the indications of the people behind the scam who used false identities, and who should be brought to justice. They use false identities in the smuggling of migrants and foreign women. I became a target of this criminal network, and a victim since 1990, when I was unjustly arrested for these facts. The conviction for which I seek royal pardon is part of that.

An organized crime gang wants me imprisoned so that they can seize without resistance agricultural land in Morocco belonging to the Dutch van Collem brothers who were cigar merchants until 1942, when the Nazi began to exterminate their entire family in the destruction camps of Buchenwald.

I obtained the exact location of their killing from Mr. Stephan Van Collem, whom I met in December 2020 at the Victor 5 night shelter in Antwerp. It is a social service of CAW – Centrum Voor Algemeen Welzijn of Antwerp. Mr. Stephan Van Collem told me that he was a Jew from Israel and every day he cried his pain for the murder of his whole family in the gas chambers at Buchenwald, while historical sources linked to the disappearance of the van Collem family declare that they perished at Sobibor.

In Morocco, we were aware of the death of the entire van Collem family somewhere in Europe, but we did not know where or how they had died, or why. We did not know that racism, anti-Semitism or senseless hatred existed at all and that it can be so atrocious.

The State of Morocco leased part of the van Collem land to my maternal grandfather, Mr. El Arabi Bouhammou. In 1972, the land was illegally occupied by unknown people who started growing strawberries there and who seem to have links with Intermarché Herstal and Flora Vrouwenwerking, an association for Moroccan mothers.

I suspect this organization to be at the origin of my problems with the Belgian Justice since this organization has at its disposal a vast network of Moroccan clients who all have someone in the family who wishes to migrate to Belgium. Flora Vrouwenwerking was their market for the fake Benelux visa scam. I was never part of Flora Vrouwenwerking, but my mother learned to read and write, drive a car and sew there.

I certainly noticed that Stephan’s last name is written with a capital letter: Van Collem, while the cigar merchant brothers’ last name is written with a small letter: van Collem. I knew that Mr. Stephan Van Collem was an impostor, that he was not a Jew, that he was not part of the van Collem family, and that his real identity was Mr. Peter Rombouts, from the family of the Antwerp coffee roaster. He would have functioned as the director of Flora Vrouwenwerking under the false identity of Filip Vandewalle, but I could not verify this on the basis of the incorporation statutes or the annual accounts which are missing for this association.

With so many false identities in circulation, so much clandestine migration which has continued more massively, generating the sale of so many other falsified visas after 1990 when I was arrested, I would like a new judicial investigation of the case for which I was sentenced, for demonstrating this reality. A new investigation is needed as there is an unsolved murder of a Jewish woman named Madame Denise Janssens associated with this Benelux visa scam. Her case was filed as a cold case. They didn’t investigate it at all, and I would follow clues of anti-Semitism to clear up this case. The Court did not because the people working in the Ministry of Justice are mostly locals who are unable to diagnose anti-Semitism. They  have never been exposed to this kind of hatred against people belonging to a different genetic group. They don’t have that awareness.

In the meantime, a royal pardon will be very useful to me because it will prevent the gang from accusing me of all their crimes again, because that is the reason why they want to associate with Moroccans. For this reason they need Flora Vrouwenwerking

I understood their method as they followed my path to guarantee my failure to ensure that the serious charges would correspond to my reality. They broke everything and stole all the files that allow me to rebuild my life in another country, such as a multicultural incubator whose concept served as the basis for AWEX to attract 500 Chinese companies to Wallonia, for example.

They managed to make me homeless, and each time I have to start all over again here in Belgium, as if I had just arrived, while I never left this country.

May I refer to the detailed and documented letter, in which I explain why a royal pardon is the appropriate solution in my case?

In advance, I humbly thank His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium for his magnanimity and clemency.
