One of our previous blog posts was about Dutch businessman Mark Arends died mysteriously in the bicycle shed of the Antwerp Central Station. He was homeless and an multiple sclerosis patient. He had a very delicate health and he belonged in a bed.
Victor night shelter, which belongs to the monopolistic CAW (Center for General Welfare refused to take him in, bears a share of responsibility in his death. The cause of death was officially hypothermia, but as there was a second person named Wesley, who died at the same spot and at the same time, questions began to rise if a poisoning (perhaps with a Covid19-like infection) might have been the cause.
If this were so, then who could have gone to the bicycle shed to spray around the poison in the air? We got stuck with this question. Could it be a man or a woman who walked by that place, or perhaps it was someone who works for the Belgian railways who knows the ins and outs of the train station and who noticed Mark Arends there many times before?
Perhaps it might help to approach the same questions from the viewpoint of the shareholders
While I was looking for clues on shares of Belgian Rail and/or Infrabel held by the Brabant Killers through the secret accounts, I came on track of shares which this highly criminal group holds in the Ukrainian railways Ukrzaliznytsia:
- Lucien Leuwenkroon has since 17 December 1989, 3,75 % in Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake American identity of Robert Simpson from Salt Lake City (USA)
- His wife and his daughter may not know this, but Soraya Badraoui-Leuwenkroon (his Moroccan wife) and Sarah Leuwenkroon (his daughter) each own 2.75 % of Ukrzaliznytsia, or a total of 5.5% of Ukrzaliznytsia, since 8 July 2008. Both women would own these shares under fake American identities. The wife Soraya Badraoui would be Helen Weathers, and the daughter Sarah Leuwenkroon would be Jill Weathers, both also from Salt Lake City (USA).
However, the total of 5.5% of Ukrzaliznytsia must be seen as belonging to Lucien Leuwenkroon as he may have produced the passports on the names of Helen Weathers and Jill Weathers for that particular purpose without the consent of his wife and daughter.
In addition, Lucien’s real name is Lucien François Leemans and the family name Leuwenkroon is fake to begin with, his children (who are Moroccan) are named after his fake name. Hence his audaciousness to abuse his family for his personal financial greed. This could go to the extent of eliminating them if necessary, as another gang member named Peter Rombouts (aka Stephan Van Collem) has done in Afghanistan and in Algeria, possibly after getting hold of inheritance papers.
This condition is called “slavery”
In order not to appear greedy and wanting to have the whole of Ukrzaliznytsia, in his hands, he spreads his ownership to his wife and daughter, with the intention to pass on the shares at a later stage to another entity which ultimately is a Belgian one. Why Belgian? In this way he can guarantee the secret on history of ownership, with the fake identities etc. But this is how he becomes fabulously wealthy without anyone understanding how he does it all. It is an utterly audacious way to commit financial fraud, but that is why he was awarded the position to represent the Belgian interests at the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (CCBLM) in the first place. They know that he walks through fire if he has to.
It was a political choice which obviously was supported by a class of politicians if not by entire regions who count on him to behave that way with all the other nationalities, to bring wealth, and to secure a future for the Belgian people, even if that means to destroy civilizations and to massacre thousands of people to get there.
I have always known this about Belgium, as this is what the Belgian economy has been based upon, which is theft with murders and a lot of cruelty. It is still the same model which is currently in place, which they applied to the Congo Free State. That model has not evolved at all since at least one century. That is how they do business. Money in their world is always associated with death. They destroy and kill everybody and then they come back to making money by rebuilding everything for exactly the same group of victims who lost their loved ones. They succeed in doing this because they use fake identities, they put the blame on someone totally different, and they need lots of money to pay for propaganda which supports their view.
The day when they need to make money again, they will operate in this exact way again. Not that they will bomb anything themselves. They will hire someone of another culture, who doesn’t look like them, or someone who uses drugs to throw the bomb for them exactly on the spot which they want, so that you think that Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon and his folk are clean and correct people who deserve a good deal.
An example is the 22 March 2016 attacks on Brussels Airport and Metro Station Maelbeek. An investigation of Ukrzaliznytsia railways shareholdership might shed light on the attacks in Brussels, which have not been investigated from a shareholders perspective, at least not by me. The attacks have been investigated in the way which the financiers of the attack wanted, which is from the perspective of Islamist terrorism, of frustrated second and third generation of Moroccan migrants in Belgium. It works, but at the same time,, they keep the commercial relations with Morocco in place, which is something I don’t understand from people who are adamantly convinced that Morocco exports suicide bombers.
When you know that Lucien Leuwenkroon owns about a current total of 15% of FN Herstal shares, and that he traveled to Ukraine several times, especially this year, in the run up of the war in Ukraine, and that he is hiding funds in secret accounts in Ukraine, which are used for financing hatred, then he also owns Ukrzaliznytsia shares to hit masses of people through the railways in one way or another.
He does not want to own shares to receive dividends, because all he will do is attract attention towards his fake identity and to the assets that enable the ownership of shares, and to the related secret account that he opened with that fake identity.
He uses shares to achieve destruction from the inside, to trigger demand for reconstruction and to make his money from that end eventually. That is, according to me, the logic behind owning shares with fake identities. It is a way to get insider information through board members who – in the case of Ukrzaliznytsia – are officials or people from the government (including mayors and governors).
Perhaps someone who works for the Ukrainian Railways, who knows the ins and outs of the Kramatorsk station, played a role in the bombing
It was not difficult for me to figure out that the bombing of Kramatorsk on 8 April 2022 was not a coincidence or an accident, all the more that it is known that thousands of civilians were using this train station to flee and that “officials had encouraged civilians to evacuate the region in anticipation of heavy fighting to come in the east”. These officials should be interrogated to find out if they have any links with Belgium in any way, or with one of the members of the Brabant Killers. In the process, the disappearance of certain officials and their families must be investigated to verify if their case fits in the context of shares with Ukrzaliznytsia.
The investigators should also study the ticketing of the day of the bombing as well as the billing system to identify the bulk purchases by large organizations (universities, companies, charities and humanitarian aid organizations) to figure out the type of tickets that were issued which most people were using on that day, because that might have given an idea of how many people were expected to take the train on the moment of the bombing. How did most travelers pay their tickets, or was there a humanitarian aid organization or someone else who offered train tickets for the refugees, to achieve a critical mass of people? In Belgium, the Red Cross, for example, works in partnership with the Belgian Rail for the transport of refugees and asylum seekers:
Internally at the Red Cross asylum center, they keep track of the usage of bulk tickets with lists like this (below) on which you will see the method, which could be similar in Ukraine, if there is a question of managing group travel.
I think that with the word “travel”, we are hitting the nail on the head as this is the essence of modern colonization, and the reason why cities like Mariupol is very attractive, for example. Previous investigations on international tourism reveal that NH Hotel Group covers between 50 and 80 % of the territory of Barcelona in Spain, which is in Catalonia, a region which is world famous for tensions between pro-Spain and separatist movements who are made believe that they will become very poor with more people and richer with fewer people. It’s similar to what’s happening in Ukraine
I began looking into a case of slavery of Thai university students at NH Brussels Airport in Belgium. The hotel chain was believed a Spanish brand, but a financial research show that it is a Belgian venture used for whitewashing of loot such as loans from infrastructure investors like the Lehman Brothers Bank in New York, but also donations to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and social aid from the Kingdom of Belgium through local organizations like CAW (Center for General Welfare) a competing health and social system to the official government-sponsored welfare system, and which includes European Social Funds.
Since 2004, I have been advising Morocco to let go of “development cooperation based on aid” in which Morocco receives between 80 000 and 100 000 euro of grants for economic advancement from Belgium, which involves showing the Moroccan Minister of Transport a form from the Red Cross, like the one I exposed above, to tell him that “this is how you organize a group travel by train or by bus”, which is ridiculous from all aspects. They were laughing with my country, just like they do with the Ukraine today, only to colonize my country with their hotels, their tourists and their everything. The responsible person who wants to make money in someone else’s country in this way might be the same person in both countries. His name is Lucien Leuwenkroon and he has already killed over 7000 people.
The decision to attack Ukraine in this way comes after the revelation that the country colonized the tobacco plantations in Kenitra, Morocco, belonging to a Dutch Jewish family headed by Joseph van Collem. They were cigarette manufacturers. There is an archive of data on people exterminated in European concentration camps that I wish to investigate with the whole world. To avoid having to answer questions, he turned to another country to colonize.
Meanwhile, my entire family in Belgium is ruined because of a battle which remained unexpressed, in which he fought us in hiding, in which he involved the whole of Belgium, and which was about that piece of farmland that his father Victor Louis Leemans occupied directly after the WWII, until the independence of Morocco in which he was deported out of our country. In the ’90ies he returned living in Morocco under a fake identity to get hold of that farmland.
I suspect him to have structured the actions of Ukrzaliznytsia as well as FN Herstal, because this is his function. Only, I do not know what is defined in his contract, but in my opinion he has gone out of his scope.
What was the debt structure at Kramatorsk train station?
The investigators should also verify which pension fund Ukrzaliznytsia was using for the staff, where or in which part of the world is it located, and since when are they using that pension fund? Is there a link between the Eurobonds investments and the pension fund? Did the Eurobonds yield something or not, because that is what “joining the European Union” was about in 2011-2012, according to me. It was to plunge people into destitution with debts so that most people of Ukraine will have no other choice but prostitution, because that is the motor of international tourism.
Given the role of Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon at CCBLM, he must be considered as the leader in this matter combining war and business as a way to move forward towards prosperity for some and misery for all the rest.

- Professor Roland Willemyns has since 8 January 1998, 2.50 % of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake French identity of Jean Coutrier who was born in Lille;
- Mr Daniel Charles Renson has since 29 November 2000 1,75 % of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake French identity of Marcel Lepointre from Paris 15e;
- Mr Jos Delcroix has since 7 May 1999 2% of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake American identity of Jeff Wolters who was born in Miami (Florida);
- Colonel Sellam Sadki has since 15 March 1999 2,70 % of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake Portuguese identity of José Oliveira who was born in Porto;
- His Excellency André Azoulay has since 8 December 1989 3 % of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake Canadian identity of Albert Depoorter who was born in Quebec;
- Jacqueline de Croÿ has since 4 December 1999 2,50 % of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake Amercan identity of Lynn Carruthers from Chicago;
- Mr Alfons Nuyts has since 23 February 2005 1,5 % of of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake German identity of Georg Friedler who was born in Berlin;
- Stephan Van Collem (born as Peter Rombouts) has since 28 June 2008 2 % of of Ukrzaliznytsia under the fake British identity of James Pilchner who was born in Manchester.

Just like cash money in a secret account can be used for financing hatred, or for paying terrorists to commit harm and to wreak havoc, stocks and shares are an additional path for financing hatred. The combination of both makes a total mass of wealth intended for long-term military operations. It does not look like the war in Ukraine will be brief unless we engage in doing everything we can to stop funding it.
It also looks like the Ukrzaliznytsia will continue to be destroyed from many sides as this could be related to the Eurobonds which I noticed and which must be investigated to find out who bought the bonds (was it Ukrzaliznytsia or the cities and regions of Ukraine) and the EBRD (which is the European chapter of the IBRD or the World Bank). That too is Belgium.
With fraud they drill the road open into someone else’s country. They use false identities to expand their interests, such as shares in foreign infrastructure companies like the Ukrainian railroads. At a later stage, they sell these shares to the politicians who engaged them from the beginning to do it this way, because they want to end up in the board administration where all the decisions are taken. This is how they are parachuted into very high positions without knowing the business, even without understanding anything about the business, because they only aim at following the money trail when there is a tender for contracts which they want to award to one of theirs; and their decisions will always go more in this direction than in the direction of improving the organization or the product with something new, except if Lucien Leuwenkroon manages to find ideas to improve Morocco, which he brings very quickly to his comrades in the companies to help him get all the money by the award of a contract. That is the reason why they have put him in that position in Morocco. It is for the intellectual looting of the Moroccan youth to make Belgium very rich. As everyone keeps this quiet, the whole of the Belgian intelligentsia is convinced that there are no brains in Morocco, there are only big asses for the tourists from everywhere in the world who Lucien also needs for himself, not for the progress of Morocco.
The other thing that they also do, to support the intellectual looting in poor countries is to make sure that for instance the Moroccans will never be able to prove in another country that they have brains, is to manage to have a seat in the board of every company to ensure a policy that would shut all the doors on the Moroccans only benefit Belgium, such as contracts for suppliers, technicians, training, etc, and to keep all the countries out. That is the mentality which Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon is spreading with his chamber of commerce.
They get in the company with the brilliant ideas stolen from people of another country or in another country, and they talk their way to board. Once in the board their objective changes and sinks to the level of the asses of all the people who work there, including the Chairman, by engaging in human trafficking and sex-slavery. That is what they understand best. That is the ultimate goal and the reason why they want to get in everywhere with the good ideas of the other people. It is to make money with an invisible business. They use the company for this purpose by targeting the young women in let’s say departments where you have masses of them working, like call centers, ticketing booths, hostesses, receptionists, administrative clerks, like the railways.
Another example of a policy that inevitably comes from Belgium is the blocking of multicultural diversity. By that one they mean that no Muslims, no Africans, no Asians, no Americans are brought into those companies at least not in leading positions.
There is no question having Moroccans die for Belgium without any recognition of having fought for the good of this country. That is what Islamist Kamikaze was all about. It is to die for Belgium. like Salah Abdeslam who changed his mind at the last minute. He doesn’t want to die for this country
If we don’t have any brains, then what do they hope to find in Morocco? That they get out now, all of them. ALL. That is my personal position. That they should go about their plan without involving one single Moroccan, or they will have a war, a highly cruel one, in which this time, they will be wiped so as to free the world of this species.
And, if President Vladimir Putin is the one who committed the atrocities in Bucha, then he is the man we really need to fight off these kinds of inhumans.
