Message by e-mail dated Monday, November 15, 2021 to the Outreach team of CAW Antwerp to explain why I can’t get to them before 13H to pick up a tent.

Dear Luna and Nancy

Last Saturday, your colleagues notified me to stop by Outreach to pick up my tent, as arranged with Nancy.

I have just done with shower and lunch at Kamiano. If I come to Outreach now, I will be in front of closed doors.

I take a shower all day, but I will come to Outreach first on Wednesday and then take a shower at the Care Team.

I learned that the winter shelter starts today. I have asked my social worker Mr. Bas Wieers to put me on the list, but I am not sure I will qualify after recent publications on social media that are not in favor of the Victor night shelter. However, the Alderman for Social Affairs Mr. Tom Meeuws has stated in the press that no one will be turned away.

In August I had a run-in with the Victor 4 regarding a publication by a user called Stephan Van Collem, and they asked me to remove it from the social media. I was unwilling to do that and that’s where it ended. That’s how I ended up on the street since then. It is, in fact, about this article:

The women’s organization in which he was active is called “Flora Women’s Cooperation”.  My goal is to bring all the witnesses together to prove that his name is not Stephan Van Collem:

Lastly, I would like to report that Stephan Van Collem is also believed to be fraudulently using the private information and identity of others which he uses for hiding money abroad. For example, the name Stephan Van Collem is not his real name and he uses it to claim inheritance from the real van Collem family. He would have used the name of Mrs Hedwig van der Velden (who worked at Flora as a volunteer) to open secret accounts abroad, as well as the name Omar Amezian which he may have used for investing in soccer clubs. Anyway, I suspect that Mr. Amezian may not be aware of what is happening with his personal data.

Perhaps he is doing the same with your personal and company data.

The Stephan Van Collem that you and I know is not a poor person, he does not need an OCMW, Victor or Kamiano. He thinks we are stupid fools:

That is why I think I will need that tent you have lying around this winter. It doesn’t look like I will be welcome at the Victor night shelter, but Stephan Van Collem will.

Would you please verify why a fraudster like him is allowed to sleep there and I am not?
