For Her Excellentie Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel of the Federal Republic of Germany
I extend my condolences to the victims of the floods throughout Germany. I am in solidarity with all those who have been affected and who have lost everything. I send my courage to them all, and I hope that the suffering will be short-lived.
Her fund has invested in a rain machine to eliminate the drought. It almost sounds like a joke or science fiction, which is why it took me 3 years to dare to write anything about this. The recent floods in Belgium have prompted me to formally denounce the criminal climate systems that this foundation supports, as crazy as it sounds.
The video she had shown me was presenting a flooding of an area in Africa. I remember the scene of a man sitting on the back of a cow swimming in the water and enjoying it. “Look how happy that man is! He is beaming because he has never seen so much water,” her highness remarked enthusiastically.
Then she looked at me and said “you have to help us sell Professor Yuri’s rain machine in countries with a lot of desert”. Here is a snapshot from the Facebook page of La Fondation Les Princesses Jacqueline de Croÿ et Massimo Lancellotti showing a similar scene. Clearly, the purpose of Professor Yuri’s machine is not drinking water, but causing torrential rain. “I don’t think I can find customers for that, but maybe for the huge vacuum cleaner (that Jacqueline showed me), which can clear up the smog in no time,” I said so as not to discourage her in her good intentions.

I set aside the proposal of her Highness Jacqueline de Croÿ until I had learned from Swiss sources that those floods in Belgium that have so far claimed 31 lives, and at least 53 missing people, and that washed away hundreds of houses, and entire villages, making thousands of homeless people, were the work of a criminal gang.
Alfons Nuyts, Attorney Inès Wouters and George Dekock would have climbed to the highest plateau in Belgium on July 11, 2021, and that is on Baraque de Fraiture, the ski resort in Belgian Luxembourg. They took advantage of the recent corona easing to make their way to that area.
Skiing or climbing was not the intent, but rather creating a cloud to intentionally cause water damage. Crystals (presumably hydrogen crystals) are sent through the atmosphere with a small rocket that they shoot into the air, and that explodes in the air like a bomb to disperse the crystals. The crystals evaporate under the influence of heat, they accumulate in the form of clouds. When these become too heavy and cool down as they get higher in the atmosphere, rain falls which can be abundant in a very short period of time. The existing wastewater systems cannot withstand so much water crashing down in a short period of time, and floods occur as a result. That’s what happened during the weekend of 17 and 18 July, 2021.
The rain machine was hidden in a chalet in Durbuy that a French engineer in aerodynamics had rented in the village that Mr Marc Coucke had bought up, but the latter does not know that such plans exist. The French engineer works at the European Space Agency (ESA).
The rain machine was tested with the intention of being sold to the Polisario, who deposited 375 million USD ( 318 million EUR) in a secret account held by George Dekock at the Crédit Suisse in Switzerland. He has had this account since February 12, 1988 under the name George Lecoq from Valenciennes. Just before this Polisario deposit, there was 486,612,777 CHF ( 448,561,067 EUR – 527,873,811 USD) in that account.
It is in this way that I was able to find out that Mr. George Dekock is not only the ultimate owner of the rain machine, but also the designer, because that is his profession. He specializes in missile technology for military purposes, but I would never have thought that he would test his murder weapons outside the scope of the military. I think he is “Professor Yuri” who Princess Jacqueline de Croÿ was referring to, when she was showing me the video with what seems to me a criminal enterprise.
The rain machine is in the hands of terrorist groups
Terrorism is the obvious intent given the sale of the rain machine to Morocco’s enemy, which is the Polisario Front, and which has seized the entire Western Sahara to establish a lawless state there. Terrorists of Al Qaeda among others are trained in that zone to then do damage all over the world like the one in Wallonia, last week. The other stakeholders for that kind of climate disrupting scum would be the Taliban, who have also made an offer, which in the meantime materialized.
The device tested on the Baraque de Fraiture was shipped to Western Sahara on July 12, 2021 by Leemans Transport truck, for which Mr. George Dekock has already arranged the necessary documents. My advice to the Moroccan government to ban Leemans Transport from entering Moroccan territory is thus justified, but the device would by now already be in the hands of the Polisario. Morocco cannot do much more to prevent a deluge on its territory.
What we can do is prevent a second attempt to wreak havoc in Belgium. I don’t understand what they have to gain from destroying so many lives and homes with water, but there is a second deluge coming this very weekend, I’ve been told by a source in Oman where a hydrological company has expressed interest in the device for agriculture, if I understand correctly, and they were competing in the bidding against the Taliban who want to pull that device to themselves.
The sale price, would be 369 million USD and another test was planned in Esneux during the night of Friday 23 june to Saturday 24 2021. The test would be where the device is hidden, and that is in the property the Moroccan army Colonel Sellam Sadki, who has had a house there since 1993, and I knew that from before. He is well known in Kenitra where my family lives. My cousin Mahjoub told me that the Colonel had had a daughter in 1994 with a Frenchwoman from St Malo named Louise Ducroix. That is the reason, he would buy a property. The purchase of his house in Esneux was on August 2, 1993.
I regret his wife, Madame Zoubida who knows all my aunts because almost all of them worked in the Colonel’s chicken farm in Kenitra, and so they knew everything about his household. What Madame Zoubida should know is that her husband Sellam bought that property under the false identity Salim Cherbois, from Ixelles(Brussels, Belgium). The house is located outside the city center, it is said to be a single house to keep prying eyes at bay.

Through a source from Oman, I know that the test was planned in Esneux during the night of Friday 23 July 2021 to Saturday 24 July 2021. The name Joseph Gheysens was mentioned because this would be his initiative, but what is curious is that this time others were invited who want to make a lot of money with that kind of business, such as a car tire company which I suspect are Mr. Jos Delcroix and Mrs. Paula Donckers, and based on the Facebook link that the Omani passed on to me, I understand that Her Highness Princess Jacqueline De Croy will attend the test. The Omani believe that she is related to Jos Delcroix and that the latter would be the owner of the rain device that was going to be tested.
The test will be carried out by Mr. Didier Lepoint an engineer in aerodynamics from Monaco who works at the European Space Agency (ESA – the European Space Agency), and who earns extra money by giving training in others countries to handle the rain machine, as there is already talk of training at the hydrological company in Oman. He would have received 275 000 EUR from His Excellency André Azoulay, the adviser to His Majesty the King of Morocco to carry out the test in Esneux.
His Excellency André Azoulay was also the sponsor of the French engineer who had hidden the rain machine in a chalet in Durbuy, and who carried out the tests on the Baraque de Fraiture. He was said to be a colleague of Didier Lepoint at the ESA and he was paid 260 000 EUR, to cause the havoc and misery we have seen in the last few days due to the floods.
The Omani thought all these people were Americans because of a bank account at the Bank of New York Mellon that the hydrological company would use to purchase the machine and pay for training. The account at the Bank of New York Mellon is in the name of André Tulipe from Châteauroux and it was created in New York on June 16, 1981. It currently holds 288,902,115 USD.
Since a sum of 323,793 USD had been deducted on July 19, 2021, corresponding to 275,000 EUR, and a sum of 306,132 USD ( 260,000 EUR) had been deducted on July 7, 2021, it could be a secret account of His Excellency André Azoulay.
My advice of April 22, 2016 to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco that it is high time to thank His Excellency André Azoulay for his services is still applicable. I have personally experienced that he directs the crime that happens in Belgium from his royal office in Morocco so that the search for the culprits in Belgium will go on forever. That is his expectation as well as the one of this gang today with the criminal climate systems.
I hereby submit for verification by the Belgian Federal Police all the information that I collected to seize the material and to block all the bank accounts on this list of secret accounts.
I hope that the stricken population in Germany knows that it was not an ordinary natural disaster, but that there are people responsible for the disasters like the ones in Belgium in Verviers, Pepinster, Herk-de-Stad, Halen, Rotselaar to name a few cities where a Tsunami took place. Half of Belgium was and probably still is under water.
Water systems are needed
If rain is necessary for any reason, the appropriate infrastructure for using rainwater must first be put in place, such as pipes and water storage ponds that reduce the need for inventing water.
This plan for electronic palm trees was stolen from me in 2007, probably by the Brabant Killers in order to generate money from Saudi Arabia with lamps in combination with sunshades, and not with drinking water, which is the original intention of the electronic palm trees. The aim is to collect rainwater.
The proceeds were eventually used to finance international terrorism, just like the proceeds they get from the rainmaker today.
I suspect Daniel Renson, Alfons Nuyts, Professor Roland Willemyns, and Attorney Inès Wouters. The man who leaked the plan from my home was Mr. Tobias Miesing from Baton Rouge (USA), a trailing spouse from an Albemarle company executive, and a victim of Hurricane Katrina in which he had also had to rebuild everything.
