To the attention of: His Excellency Koen Lenaerts, the President of the Court of Justice of the European Union

I have the honor to refer to my letter of June 21 addressed to Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium concerning a criminal case that touched me deeply 31 years ago and of which I have recently rediscovered the original impetus, thanks to my research on human trafficking, of which I have been a victim ever since.
“Princess Solange of Paris was behind my arrest in 1990.” She was a magistrate at the Lille correctional court. She was corrupted thanks to a secret account of Mr. Lucien Leuwenkroon, the president of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, opened under a false identity at the Crédit Lyonnais in Paris 12e, on December 23, 1978. The false identity he used was Georges Philimon who was born in Le Havre
Along with a large number of undocumented Moroccans who were exploited in Belgian agriculture, I was prosecuted for falsifying visas, passports and driving licenses, but I never saw or used any myself, while Lucien Leuwenkroon has been using false identity papers to change his destiny from a gangster with the the gang of Killers of Brabant to a leading businessman in the coffee trade (Lavazza) with the responsibility of leading an economic mission abroad, without going to school.

Lucien Leuwenkroon was born in Antwerp on August 14, 1954. The elementary school he attended would be De Kleine Wereld (the Small World), Brederodestraat 119, in 2018 Antwerpen. He would have attended kindergarten there as a child under the name Philippe Leemans and possibly elementary school as well. He had a friend and classmate named Virginie Meesters. If this is correct, Philippe Leemans would also have been the name under which Lucien Leuwenkroon has gone to the Koninklijk Atheneum I (Royal Athenaeum I) in Antwerp. Another possible name which could be his real name is Lucien Leemans.
He attended the same secondary school as me, more precisely the Koninklijk Atheneum I in Antwerp. I finished it. Lucien Leuwenkroon dropped out at the age of 13 and a half, because it is a very demanding school. However, what prevented him from working harder?
I have the honor to attach a piece of evidence in which the schooling of Lucien Leuwenkroon is mentioned and a proof of my secondary studies at that school:
I revealed this information for the first time in a letter addressed to His Excellency Elio Di Rupo, the Minister-President of Wallonia about the Diamond Life Incubator and the CMIA. In that letter, I ask under which name he would have gone to this particular school if he was unknown under the name of Lucien Leuwenkroon.
What pushed me to look into the education of Lucien Leuwenkroon was a fire that destroyed the archives of the Koninklijk Atheneum I in Antwerp, at the end of 2000 or beginning of 2001. The fire is comparable to the one of the Notre Dame Church in Paris. I often compare this fire to the one that happened at the export office of Arcelor Mittal in Liege in July 2007, a few weeks after I made a presentation to the ArcelorMittal Foundation on June 14, 2007 to build together a network of centers of excellence in diversity and globalization skills. Both fires are probably produced by the same author.
The fire in the archives of the Koninklijk Atheneum I in Antwerp may have something to do with the name change of the real Philippe or Lucien Leemans into Lucien Leuwenkroon. The real name of His Excellency Lucien Leuwenkroon could be François Leemans who would also be the owner of the company Leemans Transport .
Philippe, Lucien, François… I don’t know. That’s why I am asking His Excellency Ben Weyts, the Vice-Minister-President of the Flemish Government and Flemish Minister of Education, Sport, Animal Welfare and the Flemish Community, to investigate. Questions should then be asked about this in the Flemish Parliament or in a commission of inquiry of the Federal Parliament, as the whole of Belgium is confronted with this dangerous man and his fantasies, such as the use of secret accounts with false identities just to save money in the bank. If those savings were honestly earned money, he wouldn’t do that. It is everyone’s money, including the pensions of Belgians.
Under the false identity of Pierre Godfroid de Châtelineau, Lucien Leuwenkroon would own 0.8% of the Tabaknatie shares
In any case, Lucien Leuwenkroon is someone who does everything to wipe any trace leading to his genetic origin, as if he were ashamed of it.
However, I think his father was a prominent politician in Flanders, called Victor Louis Leemans. He is a “great man”, an influential leader who would inspire pride and honor. Why should I change my name if my father was the president of the European Parliament?
Read more in the article “I witnessed very large trucks of Expeditiebedrijf Leemans Transport coming from Hamburg with all brands of tires of Deldo Autobanden“.
In that letter about Leemans Transport to Her Excellency Adina Vălean, Commissioner for Transport at the European Commission, I discuss the genealogy of Lucien Leuwenkroon which has no past in Belgium at all. The name Leuwenkroon also does not appear in the lists of those Belgians who were executed, during World War II. The name appeared much later, perhaps about 40 years ago or so, and it may have roots somewhere else, like Germany where you have “Levenkrön” and “Lebenkrön”. My assumption is that this could be a Jewish name (LebenKrön) that Lucien’s family presumably appropriated precisely to avoid the executions of the war criminals.
I am unable to find the information on my own. This is why I believe the United Nations are in a much better position to investigate this on a global level, please. I thank you very much for supporting my request for investigation with the United Nations.
When I have more questions about the same Lucien Leuwenkroon, or about the school past of another member of the Brabant Killer Gang, I will write to you again,Your Excellency Koen Lenaerts, to pressure the Belgian authorities to answer my questions. Please have a look at the pictures of this article, in which I recognized them:
Perhaps the farmland that was once a tobacco board used to be his playground as a child, as much as it was my playground too, and which he wants to take back. He won’t buy it back if he feels that it belongs to his father and him. The truth is that Morocco is not his country, Belgium is.
I think that’s why he was in competition with me, and why he wanted to kill me on several occasions, by using other people to do that for him. He remained in the shadows. That’s how I knew he was a terrorist before I found his face on a TV show about The Brabant Killers.
My grandfather’s farm was Lucien Leuwenkroon’s little world
I humbly thank you, Your Excellency Koen Lenaerts, the President of the Court of Justice of the European Union, for taking the time to review my request and for your cooperation in verifying His Excellency Lucien Leuwenkroon’s educational record.
Yours sincerely,
