Is there a Colonel Vincent Deprêtre in the Royal Moroccan Army?

To the attention of:

His Excellency Donald Trump,
The President of the United States
White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20500, USA

I am so glad to be in touch with you again, and to share with you a translated letter for His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco about an army colonel named Vincent Deprêtre, with a photo of how he more or less looks like, which I sent around on the socoal media on 29 July 2020.

JI refer to the Atlantic Coast Alert of 14 April 2020 concerning a fruit carrier named Trinidad with dangerous weapons and explosives on board for terrorist purposes in Western Sahara.  A cross analysis of financial data led to the name of Vincent Deprêtre who allegedly ordered the weapons.

In 2009, when I was soliciting the Moroccan Ministry of Economy to register the Anaccell brand in Morocco, I was operating from the World Bureau of Marketing (WBM) in Etterbeek, in the Schuman area, near the European Parliament.  The WBM is a conference facility in which Mr Renson was holding Think Tanks and “Knowledge Management” conferences. The WBM is a conference space that Daniel Renson organized for think tanks and conferences on “knowledge management”. But all these efforts only serve to impress people and to get buy-in and financial backing, first from the municipality and then from the European Union, which finances lobbying. He wanted to be one of the privileged ones, and to make himself interesting he came to me “to help me”, but to help himself, of course.

Mr Renson would pop in every day, “to see how I am progressing with my business plan”.  As he supplied a laptop and an Internet connection, I did not exclude that he was monitoring the internet activity that I was producing.  It is in his way that the Google Apps accounts of united-chambers.co.cc and anaccell.com got hacked and suspended, as well as the Anaccell webstore on Freewebstores.com.

Anaccell.com sur Google Apps

Mr Renson must have resorted to hacking as I was not really talking too much with him, and so he needed another way to find out about the rest of my business plan..  I figured out that the more he knows, the more he was going to increase the pressure on the Moroccan administration not to answer or help me in any way.

Who was he talking to to get me crushed in Morocco, too?

To find out who it was in Morocco who he was relying on for pressure on his victims, I did one day as if I was getting my passport ready to make a short trip to Morocco, and I played on his emotional fear that a Moroccan man is a lot more interesting to me than him as a European, all the more that I told him many times that White men are boring, to hurt his superiority complex.

He is oppressive

I could see the jealousy boiling over in his red face and the fear of losing his hold over me.  To find out who he was counting on in Morocco to put pressure on his victims like me,

When he noticed that I was not planning to let him come with me, he suggested we go to Morocco together.  I answered  “you know the way yourself!”  He tried to convince me that I should not go there alone, with all the Islamist danger. He began to present the Arabs to me as if they are monsters and tyrants who have no respect for women nor for their own people, “especially those who are in power are like this”, he said to me.

To convince me of this, he told me, for example, that he had a friend in the Moroccan army called Vincent Deprêtre. I immediately interrupted him and told him “it is not possible, we do not have any Europeans working in the Moroccan army”.  He told me that he was telling the truth and that Vincent was a colonel in the army in Morocco.  “So, in that case, with a Christian name like that, he must be Jewish or French.  “It’s true,” he replied, “his parents may have been French, but in any case he’s a very cruel man who slaughters people just like that”.

He told me that in March 1990, Sergeant Ali Ben Said was shot by Colonel Deprêtre in the Mamoora Forest in Kenitra, and that he knew about it from Lucien Leuwenkroon and Gilles Decroux, a Canadian.  Part of the shipment of the weapons that the colonel had ordered from Belgium was unusable.  “The sergeant who was sent to receive the shipment of arms at the port of Casablanca was shot down just like that when he brought the shipment to his boss.  He was about 25 years old.” Daniel Renson said.

“This is absolute madness!” I screamed.  Daniel nodded his head without understanding if I doubted his words or the meaningless elimination of a young man..

To convince me of the extreme cruelty of the people in power in that country, he added “he shot the young sergeant in the forehead, between the eyes… That was an execution by a colonel who has no respect whatsoever for his own people, because the young soldier made no mistake.  He was not responsible for the weapons, Naima, they are powerful criminals out there… That is why I don’t want to let you go to Morocco.”

He explained that it happened in 1990 and the colonel is still in the army about 20 years later (in 2009). “Nothing happened to him.  Do you want to be in a country like that?”

When I asked what happened with the body and if anybody has seen it after it happened, he answered that the body was returned to the family and buried.

“How did the colonel explain the incident to his hierarchy?” I asked.  “He lied to them.  He told the investigators that it was an accident during an exercise with a shooting target, that when the young sergeant was asked to replace the shooting target, he was shot by accident on his way back, and they accepted this explanation…  An exact shot between the eyes with the bullet coming out at the other end of the skull is called an accident in your country”, he commented with disdain, as if he himself had a feeling for justice

“At least the colonel paid around 7 500 000 Dirham to the family who were too afraid to take action in a system such as in a country like yours where human rights don’t exist… And then he says that it is an accident.  Why?”, Daniel Renson shook his head.

Mr. Renson could tell me all he wanted, no matter what, I never believed him and he knew it.  I didn’t believe his indignation because he was doing me injustice by leaking innovations to enrich his white mafia solely while pretending to want to “help me”, when he is capable of stabbing, cutting, skinning human remains, drinking raw blood and eating human meat.  He is a monster and it is written in all his gestures whatever he does to hide it.  The Enemy inside him always comes out eventually.

If he talks to me so much about Vincent Deprêtre, it’s because the latter is a collaborator in his mafia.

While he thought he could delve into my things for great ideas and to steal SABAM’s documents, I started to search him back as secretly as he does too.  I took note of all his interventions during the 7 years he followed me, to make him regret following Arab women. I will soon reveal the results of the searches that I conducted on the basis of my conviction that he is a serial killer.  Nabila Taoufik is a victim among many other Moroccan women that he ate.  He is a cannibal.

Daniel Renson can tell me what he wants to tell me about the cruelty of others.  He himself is said to have participated in the stabbing of two young Algerians in Essaouira, Morocco, in 1982, without any legal consequences for him. I think he appreciated that very much, I think…

The next day, he brought me a photo album so that I could see what Vincent Deprêtre looks like and this to convince me. I was expecting to see a white European face, but this one looks more like someone from Bangladesh.

I thought I recognized the face, which looks like that of another colonel named Sellam Sadki in Kenitra, who looks a lot like Vincent Deprêtre. I was 15 or 16 years old the last time I saw him at his home in Moulay Bousselham where he was spending the holidays with his family for a few days.  He was stationed in Smara to defend Western Sahara.  I remember a man who was kind to his staff, at least much more humane than Colonel Deprêtre.  I didn’t tell all this to Daniel Renson, who did everything he could to make me talk.  Nothing, I gave him the finger.  Vincent Deprêtre’s face looks like these:

The second time when there was a question of a colonel is was at Beauté et Bien-être that oddly enough, only wanted Moroccan women as clients, and where I received the book “La prisonnière” by Malika Oufkir from Béatrice de WIlde.  That was in the days following the visit of Mrs. Dominique Rambaud at the beauty salon.  Miss Rambaud was the Assistant of the French MEP Philippe Adwent, and she was working on the dossier of the prisoners in Tindouf (near the Western Sahara).

I will submit the matter to the European Commission to open an investigation into this accident, this time in relation to Tindouf.  I will also ask Algeria to do the same for the same subject and for the assassination in Essaouira of the two young Algerians.   I would also ask for clear answers from Morocco on the exact circumstances of the death of Ali Ben Said, since there were two witnesses present with Vincent Deprêtre – who has French nationality – including a Belgian and a Canadian.

That was in May or June 2004, when I was discussing with Miss Rambaud the implementation of the group-purchasing of electricity in Morocco.  “Hearing the word “Morocco” did not go down very well in the throat of Joseph Gheysens.  Béatrice mentioned that her so-called “husband” knows a colonel in the Moroccan army who recommended the book ‘La prisonnière” for me.

So I was curious on who that colonel might be.  I asked the question to Joseph Gheysens who told me that he knew a very high-ranking person in the Moroccan army in Kenitra by the name “Salim Sadki”. I immediately spoke with lots of praise, but Mr Gheysens did not think he was a nice guy. Mr Gheysens was actually doing and saying anything to convince me not to go to Morocco, including that the army colonel was not a trustworthy person.  Still I thought that Mr Gheysens was probably a racist against all the Moroccans including Sellam Sadki, I believe.  Again, I pretended not to know Sellam, so that I could hear the rest of the criticism on this respectable colonel.

If Joseph Gheysens is obliged to work with a Moroccan colonel, it is probably because by a Chechen source, I learned that Her Highness Princess Jacqueline de Croÿ has contacts with high-ranking people in all the armies of the world “with the intention of restoring peace” with her foundation according to them. I suppose that she could be the explanation for a great number of colonels and generals who are on the run and in the asylum seekers centers of the Belgian Red Cross such as Abdelaziz Al Faghm alias Mouhoumoud Bouljas.

The link between Her Highness Jacqueline de Croÿ and Daniel Renson would be the false passports as well as Ruben Vardapetian, the man who rented the premises where Daniel Renson installed World Bureau of Marketing and his Biz352 (see above).

Ruben was himself supported by the CPAS/OCMW, and he had a contact in the municipality who had granted him a commercial space for about 200 euros of rent per month.  Ruben sublet it to Renson.

Ruben visited the Princess during my stay at her home between March and April 2019.  He brought her in cash the rent of a room that a Russian man hired at the Princess’s house to be able to receive a pension from the CPAS/OCMW.

However, the most disturbing part of all the rumours is the Maamora forest in Kenitra where Colonel Vincent Deprêtre is said to have ended the days of young Sergeant Ali Ben Said, just like that, on a whim, to show his power to the Europeans and Canadians.   The latter did not appreciate this demonstration.

The friend of my family who is Colonel Sellam loves hunting in the Maamora forest, especially with the visitors from abroad who he receives in his sumptuous villa next doors to my grand-father’s farm El Arabi.  He and his family are highly praised for all the good things he did in Ouled Zian

To find out more about this region, can I please refer to the dossier “The Strawberry Gate” on strawberry growing in the Kenitra-Souk-El Gharb region and the link with strawberry growing in Murcia (Spain) and Hoogstraaten (Belgium)?

If I have included this file on agricultural land it is because Vincent Deprëtre’s behaviour is like that of a colonist, and also because I wish to encourage Morocco to take a technological leap in all matters relating to the notary’s office and real estate ownership on a central database to record all the files on Moroccan territory.  This will be the end of the illegal colonization that was possible before with people like Vincent Deprêtre.

With all due respect to Colonel Sellam, however, he was cited in the case file of a highly suspected asylum-seeker named Djeneba Tall, who allegedly mutilated hundreds of women in several West African countries, and who reportedly stated that she had met Colonel Sellam when she was travelling through Morocco to flee Africa.

Finally, I reported to His Majesty King Mohammed VI that the soldier at the Royal Army of Morocco named Vincent Deprêtre would have 17,560,490 euros at this moment at the BNP Paris-Bas Fortis bank in Belgium, in a branch in Brussels, and curiously no bank account or money in his home country, France.

I am advising the central banks and the commercial banks, and so far a facial recognition tool identified the picture which I included to the profile of Jim Perkins who has a bank account with the Chase-Manhattan bank in Houston, Texas with an amount of 22 177 523 USD as per value date on 28 July 2020.

I am reporting these detail for verification, and I hope you will accept my apologies if the bank and the amounts of Jim Perkins have nothing to do with Vincent Deprêtre. To avoid confusion and mistakes in the future, the banks should include DNA details as well as fingerprints to the file of every account holder, like the Vanilla Finance Card by Aurum Helix Group which is a bank card or a credit card which includes the health situation of each individual, as part of the identity and not as something separate..

In my next letter, I will come back to my request for transparency on the expenses of His Excellency André Azoulay, which I submitted in September 2017.  I continued to dig into his finances to show you how much money he made from human trafficking in our country and everywhere else with our DNA-Business-Finance system.  I hope that this time he will be shown the door.

I humbly thank you for your kind attention and I ask you to accept, Your Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco, the expression of my devoted feelings.

Yours sincerely,

For Sergeant Ali Ben Said and #GeorgeFloyd.
