On 15 September 2018, I published a report for ex Prime Minister Theresa May and for the Belgian Federal Police entitled “Ambush Victim in Northern Ireland Troubles Still Has a Bullet in the Head to Remove”. The report describes the discovery by Belgian hospital doctors of a bullet in the skull of Mr Padraig O’Hanlon who is the Ambush Victim in Northern Ireland.
May I suggest a radio debate on this subject?

This unplugged album is a collection of unpublished conversations with more details about the ambush, with Padraig O’Hanlon, the IRA-fighter from Northern Ireland, in November 2016, which I archived to release at the right moment, and that is today.
Most of the information is about professor Roland Willemyns, who between 1986 and 1988 was my professor of Dutch linguistics at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, who has chosen to fail me and to exclude me from pursuing a university degree.
He was famous for giving a hard time to foreign students as well as to immigrants, unless they’re from a country where his crime squad isn’t yet established, like in Suriname. It was already clear to me that all his decisions were politically motivated and had nothing to do with the talents of the students. He was reputed as a highly racist individual, and against the Moroccans in particular, for reasons we didn’t know at the time. Now, we do.
A financial reading of the same deliberate failure has led me to think of a selfish financial motivation on behalf of professor Roland Willemyns behind the injustices against the immigrants.
Statistics Flanders published figures on the changing sociological landscape in Belgian schools, and found that a quarter of schoolchildren do not speak Flemish at home, which amounts to 24% of infants. Statistics also show that not all schoolchildren receive an education allowance.
In my opinion, the group that does not receive an education allowance is mainly the immigrants because the parents usually have little or no education, they usually do not know that an education allowance exists, they are not informed about it by the many immigrant associations, such as Flora in Borgerhout for example, which almost exclusively supports Moroccan mothers, who are very often illiterate.
Furthermore, they are confronted with the impossibility to fill in an application form for an education allowance. I filled in the application myself as a child and had it signed by my father.
The result is that a margin remains in the budget for education allowances, which can be spent on other activities, and that is exactly what malicious people like Professor Roland Willemyns are after.
In addition to a budgetary margin due to the financial ignorance of the children’s parents, there is the extra problem of deliberate discrimination against immigrants in all the categories of Belgian education:
Given the low natality rate with the local Belgian people, the immigrants – who have a higher natality rate – are only used for justifying the future government budgets for education according to the situation in a current school year. If in the next school year the number of students is lower than in the previous year, then the school keeps a margin of the budget in excess which they allocate to something else than to the students, such as the aid granted to NGOs in “development cooperation”, the purchase of real estate, renovation of buildings, research projects, conferences, travel, special programmes such as those with the Red Cross for so-called asylum seekers or undocumented migrants for example (whose identity is unknown or fictitious and therefore impossible to calculate), books, manuals and other publications, or a higher salary, etc., I suppose.
In this way, the social divide is widening, with immigrants being blamed for the impoverishment of the Belgian society and increasing crime, while the financial crime in the school system remains invisible to the public authorities, businesses and accountants, given an outdated accounting system that does not take into consideration new sociological parameters and changes in the organisation of the education system, which is becoming increasingly international. The efficiency or productivity of the school system is not measured.
The fact that Belgium lags behind other OECD countries is not new. The accounting system is proof of this.
While the accounting system in most countries consists of three dimensions: equity, assets and liabilities, the concept of equity is completely absent in Belgium. Accounting in this country is limited to obtaining an equal amount of assets and liabilities, with a zero difference, which is not consistent with the financial reality of the company, and which is impossible to calculate, except by means of cheating.
The concept of “equity” or ” private equity” is a concept which reflects the financial relations, including capital and profits made by the involvement of the markets and other people (investors, employees), and this concept is universally accepted by all nations, just as the market economy is a universal fact. An enterprise consists first and foremost of relations with the markets.
Indeed, the market is the essential element missing from the entire Belgian accounting system, which has only two dimensions (see above).
The market is the schoolchildren and college students
Discover my views in my letter of 3 September 2018 to His Excellency Herman Van Goethem, the Rector of the University of Antwerp in the framework of the research programme “From Mawazine to Panama Papers”- Our multidimensional research of World Wars I and II“. The ultimate goal of the letter is a complete review of the education funding for those who wish this to happen. I will come back to this at the end of this letter.
I was fortunate to have completed my secondary education at the Royal Atheneum in Antwerp. I mentioned the fire at the Royal Atheneum in Antwerp in 2001 in my letter about the slavery of Mrs. Béatrice De Wilde, the Congolese companion of Mr. Joseph Gheysens, the boss of INJO s.à.r.l. and the man behind the theft of the group purchasing of electricity. Since the files of my studies perished in the fire, and since the Nacebel code for INJO s.à.r.l. indicates that the company specialises in pyrotechnic articles, I think that the fire could be of criminal origin aimed at erasing my qualifications, just like Professor Roland Willemyns had wished for me,13 years before.
In Flanders the pupils score much better than in Wallonia. This difference is mainly due to financial reasons, but also to differences in culture and economics. But on the whole, education in Belgium is a huge black hole in which large sums of investment disappear without any benefit. This situation is not the fault of the migrants, but of those who govern the country. I’m not talking about the federal or regional government.
For achieving a low number of students in the following year, certain professors, like Roland Willemyns deliberately fail certain students. Excluding them totally as “bad students” or Idiots, would make more sense to prevent that another school or university would contradict the opinion of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
This is how a massive number of Moroccan, Turkish and Congolese students from migrant families were led to fail also in their job search as most Belgian companies believe their own universities. They use this group again for justifying the unemployment budget in which the migrants are the first to get excluded.
This is how the funds for educating and developing the young generation eventually go to something totally different, such as paying terrorists for committing murders, and radicalization, and to paying other teachers in other schools to keep the same students down as “bad students” in all the schools in Belgium during all their lives, otherwise professor Roland Willemyns is a lier. In this way, he hopes to keep his deceptive scamming with the grades of the migrant students and with the budgets for this group a secret. That is how smart he is. Yet, he “secretly” leads the country through his club of Freemasons, something that I also knew from the university, which did not scare me at all, because I was not impressed at all by Roland Willemyns.
I bet he kept following me after I dropped out of college in 1988, without ever mentioning it again, just to be left in peace. But for him, apparently, the matter wasn’t over yet.
He could be the person behind the theft of the innovations, the burglary in my home on February 18, 2010 in Woluwe-Saint-Stevens, the destruction of the archives at Sabam, as well as my arrest and my imprisonment on false basis in 1991, in the affair of false visas.
The innovations are used for creating fake employments with the intention to hijack the social charges such as the pensions, the student grants, the health care and the unemployment for instance. Examples of fake employments are the excessive number of street sweepers who work for the municipal dustbin service. They include lots of migrants.
Cheating with the grades of the students
Is the same like cheating with taxpayers’ money
With this in mind and with the conviction that Roland Willemyns is not only a very bad teacher, but also a crook, because he cheats, I began In 2016 investigating the violent Islamist extremism and the links with Belgium, such as it appears to be the case with Salah Abdeslam who is from Molenbeek, who is linked to the Paris attacks in November 2015, and who I thought I met at the Prince Jamal Foundation , and with Nizar Trabelsi who is linked with the 9/11 attacks in New York in 2001, and who planned to attack the US base in Kleine Brogel (Belgium).
Just to make sure they will never get any favors from me, I kept a list of all the people who intentionally tried to frustrate me, to radicalize me or just to give me a hard time. I shared the list with the United Nations, with other governments and with former rebels in Northern Ireland. They recognized Roland Willemyns as a financier and as a leader of the Provos, a highly violent group.
He was probably paying the Provos with the public budgets for educating the migrant people like me, in Belgium, or with the “numerus clausus”, in the health education in Belgium, which is a restriction to the further education which is sometimes decided at an advanced stage in the education cycle or even right before the access to the profession. It is a legal discrimination of students in the health care. As for the immigrant, it is possibly decided for the same financial reasons of keeping a significant margin of budget for doing something else with it.

If I did not figure out that the migrants are only used for justifying budgets from the local government and the international community, while the majority of the migrants experience persistent poverty and hardship over many generations, I would have never suggested the Magrexit to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the President of the King Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, in September 2016.
The Magrexit is the exit of all Maghreb citizens in Belgium.
That Belgium finds immigrants somewhere else, because Morocco also needs to justify budgets from the international community with all her citizens. We have to reverse the necessity of migration for a better life. The Eldorado is a robbery, I reiterated to His Majesty King Mohammed VI on 18 January 2019. The proceeds of the robbery probably go to supporting the Polisario in Morocco, and to the financing of the hatred in general like the illegal armies in Northern Ireland and elsewhere, but also like the harassment in the schools, and the medical terrorism I’m a victim of.
I have the honour to share my letter of 5 March 2020 to His Majesty King Mohammed VI on medical terrorism of which the late King Hassan II was probably the victim.
In the letter, I try to trace the conspiracy which could be the very same for him and for me, as well as the institutional ramifications and all those involved between Belgium and Morocco who would have made this crime against a Head of State possible.
One of the sources of funding is certainly oil from conflict areas such as Libya, Iraq, Somalia and Nigeria, but also from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States, whose ships are sometimes hijacked at sea by pirates. This could be the rationale behind the first and second Gulf War.
An additional source of funding for the hatred is the stolen farmland of my grandfather in Kenitra, which is sold to Belgians and on which they are growing strawberries
for Hoogstraten, which is economically useless if they have to spend millions in corruption over 30 years to keep my family small and poor. They should have made a normal purchase of the farmland..The decision of Professor Roland Willemyns is undoubtedly linked to that financial interest as well as to the occupation of the Western Sahara, which also delivers nothing for him. It is clear that this is not the modus operandus of a Homo Economicus, but of a totally different kind of breed..
Just as he stood – according to an eye witness – beside a major general in Belfast and gave the orders to kill the Northern Irish people, so he would stand at the gun of many other General Majors around the world helping him to kill and oppress the local population, including in Morocco.
The decision of professor Roland Willemyns to sink me could have come from a high-ranking army general or colonel in Morocco who is involved in the robbery of the farmland. Who could be the General Major, the Colonel or the Commander in the Moroccan army?
For more on this, I refer to my letter on medical terrorism of Thursday 5 March to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, in which I explain the contamination by a lung virus such as Coronavirus of King Hassan II, under the perspective of a conspiracy, which could be the same which led and financed the civil war in Northern Ireland. That is why it is the right time to publish the unplugged:
Professor Roland Willemyns gave the order to kill
In this unplugged album, a witness and ambush survivor from Northern Ireland speaks to me about professor Roland Willemyns supervising the shooting together with a General Major from the British Army, in 1974. The victim received one shot in the belly and one in the skull. They thought he was dead but he saw it all. He saw Professor Willemyns laughing at the dead and injured.
Another survivor of the same ambush was Nial O’Quinn who was eventually assassinated in a shooting ranch in Antwerp in November 2016, that was in the period when Padraig O’Hanlon gave his first interview to United Chambers. This murder too determines the role of a mafia in Belgium, where the civil war of Northern Ireland seems to continue. For more, listen to Track One.
Professor Willemyns finances massacres
Mr O’Hanlon (the ambush survivor) confirms the role of a mafia in Belgium which led the civil war in Northern Ireland by asserting that Professor Willemyns financed among others the arbitrary massacre of 3 Catholics who were peacefully enjoying beer in a County Tyrone Pub, in February 1975. The pub owner might still be alive to witness the shooting happening while he fled to the basement until the gunmen left. For more, listen to Track Two
Professor Willemyns financed and ordered the shooting of parliamentarian Bernadette Devlin
According to Mr O’Hanlon, Roland Willemyns was definitely the financier of the heavy shootings on the house of Bernadette Devlin in County Tyrone between 1974 and 1978, with the intention to reach her. It seems that Willemyns also sponsored a road accident in which Bernadette was seriously injured, a few weeks apart from the shooting at her house. Listen to Track Three.
If Roland Willemyns escaped justice, for so far, it is because he uses false identity papers for traveling abroad. Padraig O’Hanlon recalls that professor Willemyns was known as Robert Puimage. I’ll check with the IRA, the Garda and anyone else who might know more.
The weapons trade with terrorists is used to launder the misappropriated funds such as those of the Belgian education system and the pensions of everyone (like the ones of Ford Motor, Renault, Sabena, Croix-Rouge de Belgique, to name a few). They lead the warriors to believe that the support for the arms comes from the Irish in the United States of America, while the funds came from Hoboken in Belgium, because the money arrived in Belgian francs.
This includes money for elder people who die prematurely due to circumstances such as an accident, poisoning or murder. In this context, I would like to draw the attention of the Court of Justice to two known cases that are closely related to this matter and which point to possible murder.
The first case is that of Mrs Fatouma El Morabit, who was deliberately fatally injured by home nurses who went on holiday’ to Morocco immediately afterwards. She died in Saint Pierre Hospital where she they somewhat finished her off.
A second case is that of Mr. Louis Marit who died of pneumonia at UCL Saint Luc, probably due to self-inflicted infection during his attempt to poison his neighbor (myself) with the disease. This story is featured in “I invite you to meet my neighbors” and in “medical terrorism“.

After all, Professor Roland Willemyns has not only friends. It seems to me that Mrs.Colette Dongmo told me about him when she got terribly angry that an old Belgian man hurt her very much when having sex with him, that he didn’t pay her a penny for the pleasure she gave him while she was in need of so much money. She started to curse all the Belgian men.

Moreover, this “old racist”, because that is how she referred to Roland Willemyns, introduced a very nasty infection, as vile as he himself, in the reproductive system of Colette Dongmo. She stayed in bed during the whole month that I was in Anderlecht at her home. She was so ill and no hospital or doctor wanted to take care of her. Colette didn’t realize what she said to me out of fury. I registered her message and as soon as I saw three large boxes of knives and axes that she would have received as a present from her husband, whose name is Turbo Salsa, and who is both a dancer and a cook at Sodexo, if I am not mistaken, I packed up and left on July 1, 2017. The Belgian federal police could check if Professor Willemyns is indeed the godfather of which Colette Dongmo is the puppet.
To conclude this letter, Honorable Madam Bensouda, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court , I propose the creation of the Moroccan International Alliance Centre (CMIA), as an observatory for the health, prosperity and well-being of Moroccans living abroad. The idea came to me after my study on Moroccan students in Europe, which I presented in my letter to His Excellency Jean-Claude Juncker, the previous President of the European Commission, on 7 December 2017, with a view to establishing a revised partnership between Africa and the EU. This centre will ensure the full participation of all the immigrants in the education system.
I propose a complete reform of the financing of education, which this time partly depends on the bank, gold, diamonds and oil, through the Diamond Life Tower in Antwerp. The other industries will be used to their advantage to ensure that real talent is brought into their sectors, not cheaters looking to steal money, or murderers like Alfons Nuyts.
What will not work in Belgium because of the race like Professor Roland Willemyns, I will do elsewhere, and Belgium will lag behind as it always has.
Nevertheless, I pray to God that we will unite our efforts around the research program “From Mawazine to Panama Papers“.
To this end, allow me to include a preliminary memorandum of understanding to collaborate together on the financial audits and the collection of evidence for the justice cases related to the above-mentioned individual and his gang, in his involvement in international terrorism. I will keep improving the offer until agreement that I hope to achieve with the International Criminal Court as soon as possible.
May I highlight “From Mawazine to Panama Papers” as one of the projects of importance to resolving the international conflicts for all.
May I also share with you the latest newsletter, this time to the World Health Organization in the context of solving the current Coronavirus plague, of which the tracks may run to the same persons who I am denouncing in all my letters, which you can view in Letters to King M6.
I thank you very much, Honorable Madam Bensouda, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the Hague, for your time and attention.
Follow me on Facebook for further analysis and updates on the same.
Yours sincerely,
