With reference to my research on His Highness Prince Jamal Al Noaimi Foundation in Brussels, I have the honor to announce that I found Mokles Girgis mentioned in a Belgian enterprise database :

That is the only official document of His Highness Prince Jamal Al Noaimi Foundation where I found the name of Mokles Girgis. He is not mentioned in any other document.
I am preparing a letter to Their Majesties the King and Queen of Belgium with the latest information and with all my findings concerning the His Highness Prince Jamal Al Noaimi Foundation, which someone is using for imputing all his crimes on the Muslims.
I was unable to learn more on the origin of the funds of the His Highness Prince Jamal Al Noaimi Foundation given that they never submitted any balance sheet to the National Bank of Belgium.
The link between the ultimate Mafioso and the foundation or the association is not obvious but it should be terrorism financing provided that the man who I met at the foundation was Salah Abdeslam the Enemy N°1 in Europe, who participated to the Paris bombing. He might have been instructed by the hidden Mafioso to throw me out of the club on the second day of my visit.
So far only the direct link to Belgium has been established, which is the link between the real estate scam in Beverly Hills which targeted you.
Mr Mokles Girgis might be just one person of a mafia and / or acting on behalf of a criminal organization, possibly in Belgium or elsewhere. I am suspecting the Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco which is headed by Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon who finances the international terrorism including in Northern Ireland.
I am still researching the direct links between the the Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco and the Prince Jamal Foundation which are become more precise, and which will be published at 2 PM CET on 4 May 2018.
