Highlights from our letter to His Excellency Xi Jinping, the President of the People’s Republic of China, of 29 March 2018 with warnings to 500 Chinese enterprises that were secuded to invest in Belgium with ideas from plans to build a network of incubatores which did not come from a Belgian and that were not intended for Belgium, but for Morocco, originally.  So much for the copyrights, and this while China has generally been considered the country that slams the copyrights of everybody.

The letter to the Chinese President puts into evidence the experience of the ethnic minorities in Belgium, of whom the human right and the copyrights are violated, every day.  This is the country of the cold case, where the murders of foreign women are rately or never investigated.  This is the country which thrives on the prostitution-slavery.  This is the country which wants to make of every Muslim a terrorist.  It is the country where the young Arabs are deprived of decent and of higher education.  This is the country where we are all like pressed Jaffa lemons…

And this country would have respect for any copyright ?

This is the country where they destroy the copyrights and where they kill the innovations by the people of immigrant origin.  When I began to complain about my business plan being stolen, that I was sending letters with innovations to Morocco and that I would hear about the innovation in Belgium, they – in addition to the theft of the copyrights, they wanted me to think that the Moroccans betrayed me.  This is, the image which they want to sell to me about my own country.

 

Belgium is also the country with the highest rates of racism.   After exposing all these pitfals in a report named The Real Economic Situation of Belgium, I question what it is the 500 Chinese enterprises leaders must expect when establishing their companies in Belgium.

I came across an article that says that 500 Chinese enterprises would choose Belgium as the best country in Europe for investing. 

It was big news in the country and 70 of them are on their way to getting established in Belgium next week on 21 March 2012.

That so many Chinese companies at the same time decide to come this hell hole, was a big surprise to me.

 

Belgium Is The Opposite of China

“I found it very surprising because this country is the opposite of China.   Belgium is in all aspects one of the most expensive countries in the world, including in Europe.   How can it be that this is the best place to conduct business in ?   The Chinese companies would be doing exactly the opposite of what all the European companies are doing if they can help it, which is to get out of this country fast.”   

I strongly doubt that this will be beneficial for the competitive pricing which makes of the Chinese goods the most popular goods around the world.  By putting Belgium in between the Chinese factories and the European markets the prices of the Chinese goods will become unattractive, including for the other neighboring European markets.

“The 70 Chinese enterprises who signed up for the deal to settle in Belgium run the risk of not finding any markets at all, and this is a catastrophe which you as a government official should try to avoid”.

“I have the impression that very little or very bad intelligence about Belgium was passed on to the 500 Chinese enterprises.  That is why I have prepared a report named “The Real Economic Situation of Belgium”.  This report enables the Chinese enterprise leaders to ask the right questions when negotiating with Belgium”.

A Trade War Begins With the Copyrights

“I would be cautious with this country.  The fact that Brussels will host the Chinese enterprises in some incubators on her territory looks to me like a poisoned present.   The deal with the Chinese enterprises is not to pay any rent during one year, but it looks like a setup for unfair practices that the Chinese enterprises won’t suspect until many years later.   Let me explain :

During the previous decades, China was accused of copying European goods.   As a response, Europe strengthened her measures to protect the intellectual property rights of her citizens and of her companies, in and the related European trade.   China was thus seen as “a big danger” for the European economy, as is China was the thief.”

“The Chinese or the ethnic entrepreneur will be isolated in an exclusively white environment, so that he has nobody else to turn to to discuss his business than the Belgian people in the incubator. He is supposed to concentrate on developing his ‘core business’ while the white staff takes care of the ‘non-core business’.  That is how they sell their incubator services. Like this, they monitor what the Chinese entrepreneur buys and who his suppliers are. Every time he wants to buy cheap from China, they will prevent him from doing that and they will have him buy everything expensive locally. They will find out who his clients are. That is not difficult, since the invoicing and all the other administration is taken care of by the Belgian staff for the Chinese entrepreneur.  These people will only work for an ethnic minority if they want valuable information. I am complaining about this in a video.”

“When – just like me – you avoid meeting with them, they will deploy the people in your immediate environment, such a the hairdresser, as happened to me.”

“or they will hack your websites and your social media accounts, like what happened to me twice, in 2011 they hacked my Google Apps, and last Summer my Twitter account.

“Afterwards, the seemingly unrelated people secretly come together to re-build the knowledge that came out of that one ethnic mouth. Belgium will hurry to deposit the intellectual property behind the back of the Chinese entrepreneur, who realizes afterwards that his project for China was not “original” after all.”

“That is the system in which they want to gradually trap all the 500 Chinese enterprises at one go, by making them believe that Belgium is the best place in Europe, and she will help them find markets.   Belgium will only help herself. She will always try to keep the upper hand in creation (by stealing the business plans) and in money which also does not belong to her. Belgium will find her way to the China Development Bank with the business plans of your young and ambitious Chinese entrepreneurs, much faster than the owners of the business plans themselves will.”

 

I advised His Excellency Xi Jinping, the President of the People’s Republic of China to investigate on which criteria the 500 Chinese enterprises have decided that Belgium is better than countries like the UK, France, Italy, and even Spain who despite their debts still offer a larger tax base to support the fiscal advantages for the Chinese enterprises than Belgium ever could ?  Even Greece is way much better.

There might be something else behind this unsafe choice.  Perhaps Belgium “hypnotized” someone to say all the nice things about her.  That is why I am advising to question the case thoroughly because Belgium might be importing illegal business practices to China, which exposes China to more long term risks.  

Should it be the case, I recommended His Excellency Xi Jinping, the President of the People’s Republic of China to arrest the Belgians when they come to China. I am recommending the same to some other countries where I have identified similar plagues from Belgium, and

we are sick and tired of that
