Allow me, Majesty, to present herewith Halal Village, a concept to diversify tourism on which Morocco depends more than 80%.

Halal Village strives for excellence in Halal and business tourism.   It is no longer just a question of accommodating people, but entire companies that want to be present in the international markets.  This is the basic idea behind the network of multicultural or multidimensional innovation centres.

A decade ago I was inspired by the concept of Halal.  I shared my strategies with the Islamic Development Bank in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Today I am very much inspired by Palestine, by the question of Jerusalem and by the security for everyone, including the Jews.  Building a Halal Village could be a solution for Peace in this region.

Last December, following the American provocation and their embassy in Jerusalem, I wrote a letter to His Excellency Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, to find another name worthy of Jerusalem for his country.  I asked him to nominate a Jewish leader for our Moroccan Association for International Alliances.  In the same letter, I also wondered about the “Israel bond” that is issued in the United States and not in the Hebrew state.

This week, I have asked the President of Palestine, His Excellency Mahmoud Abbas and the Prime Minister of Palestine, His Excellency Rami Hamdallah more than ever, to stop recognising the Shekel, the Israeli currency that probably has European roots, and to ban it on their territory.  I fear that Palestine has subsidized the colonization of their country through the use of the shekel.  I recommended a currency like the Bitcoin as a great way out.

Several countries, such as Venezuela, are moving in this new direction.  For a better coordination, I propose to found the International Association for Crypto-Currencies.

I have also submitted a set of economic projects to support the future Palestinian currency, such as agricultural projects, renewable energy, airports, water dams and canals, and of course the Halal Village which requires a lot of land, as there is a lot of land available there.

I also invite Palestine to participate in the Diamond Life Tower project to strengthen cooperation with the Jewish people at home, but especially where peace is possible, as in Antwerp.
